Μπράβο Επανέρχομαι για να προσθέσω ότι σε νέα επίσκεψη όλα κύλισαν καλά ακόμα και όταν δεν είχα κάποιο έγγραφο η λύση βρέθηκε! Perfect service, willingly and on the same day. I went after one and was served immediately without waiting and appointment! 1-7-2020. Well done I come back to add that on a new visit everything went well even when I did not have a document the solution was found!

Η τράπεζα μου αρνείται την πρόσβαση σε εταιρικά κονδύλια μέσω του ibanking, για δικούς της γραφειοκρατικούς και πληροφοριακούς/IT λόγους. Το τμήμα τηλεφωνικής εξυπηρέτησης με παραπέμπει στο κατάστημα που άνοιξε ο λογαριασμός, και στο κατάστημα δεν απαντάει κανείς, σε κανένα τηλέφωνο, εδώ και 3 ημέρες. Τα email που ανταλλάσσουμε με την υπάλληλο που (υποτίθεται ότι) έχει επιληφθεί του θέματος έρχονται καθυστερημένα, ενώ είναι ελλιπώς πληροφορημένα. Θα πρότεινα σε επιχειρήσεις να μείνουν μακρυά από το συγκεκριμένο κατάστημα, όσο τουλάχιστον η συγκεκριμένη υπάλληλος καταλαμβάνει αυτή τη νευραλγική θέση. There are good and bad employees. The corporate support department is in the second category. My bank denies access to corporate funds through ibanking, for its own bureaucratic and informational / IT reasons. The telephone service department refers me to the store where the account was opened, and in the store no one has been answering any phone for 3 days. The emails we exchange with the employee who (supposedly) has dealt with the issue come late, while they are poorly informed. I would suggest to companies to stay away from this store, at least as long as that employee occupies this crucial position.
