B	Briohny Luhrmann on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Staff are amazing and honest. I left my wallet with credit cards in our rental car as we jumped on a plane to Athens. The company called to notify us when they found it even though I hadn't noticed it was missing. They were extremely helpful when I tried to courier it home only to have it returned to sender as it didn't make it past customs (my mistake, not theirs). Still, they kept it aside for me and helped me document everything for replacement. I will be thankful to the team at Akrogiali forever :)
n	nikoleta sideri on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very kind staff, but there was a misunderstanding with the car. We ordered a car that we were assured it would be the same one with the site. Though the model was at least 7 years older than the one we expected and even if we hadn’t problem with that, the pedals didn’t work properly and the car was full of damages in the interior as well as the exterior. We realized the most problems in the first hour of its use, so we weren’t given any refund. Though, I noticed that they had some other cars that seemed to be in far better condition.
D	Danita Lucian on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The people were nice but I appreciate honesty. They give you a 5 years car and they tell you it’s new. 68000 km it’s not new car. And they requested the credit card and the CVC. that it’s not ethic, it’s dangerous for our bank safety.

These guys were easy to deal with, had a car despite the last minute request and were very friendly. They also picked up the car at the hotel. It was all easy, straightforward and honest. I recommend that company when renting a car in Naxos.

First of all the lady wanted to right now my credit card number and details just for insurance she said ( so weird ) then the car we received was in a very bad shape, old , pedals not working as they should and didn't feel very safe. Thankfully we managed and they didn't give us much hassle on checkout but I'd stay as far away from them as possible next time.
S	Sandra Ruiz on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst experience ever, be careful with this company, we rent a car and another car from the same company hit us on the road, they took from our credit Card 900€ and when my brother in law asked for explenations about it, because it is an SCAM!! they were violent with him. We could not call the police because we must take the Ferry and they knew it and took advance. The insurance company is also part of the scam!!!

The lady was nice, for 5 more euros she allowed me to pick up in town and drop the car at the airport next day. They gave me new Citroen C1 Cabrio automatic which was fun to drive for only 35 euros. Left the car at the airport and never heard from them back. Very smooth experience.
Q	Quinn Everett on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Cheaper than the other car rental places near it. We needed a car for a day with a baby seat and they gave us an automatic for 35 euros. It wasn’t a new car but it was still in good shape. The lady who runs the place was very nice. They recommend that we fill the car up in the main town of Naxos since gas stations are not always available in the mountain villages. We filled it up first thing and drove around the whole island and gas meter didn’t even go down at all that day. So if you fill up just put in 10 euros worth and not 30 like we did to fill it up.
