K	Krista Lauridsen on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is the rudest, most horrible tour company in Naxos. Avoid at all costs. I talked to three people here over two days and every one was an a**hole. They actually told me a tour was full just because they were too lazy to do their job. Keep walking down the street. Go to Passenger Tours instead. Turns out the tour I wanted was available and I happily bought tickets!

M	Maria Moiseeva on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ No words needed, don't wand to say bad words..... we bought bus trip around the island and came 15 min before departure as we were told. But the bus was not there in time, moreover it did not arrive at all, we have to wait at least 1 hour. The staff did not appologise and did not provide us with any information..... finally, the guy from ANOTHER company came to take us with them and thanks god he did it. Excursion was amazing and the guide was exellent!! I cancelled other bookings on tours in this company and never go with them ....

We stopped at really interesting places that we would not otherwise have been able to visit since we didn't have a car. Highlights were the ceramic workshop and the olive press. Also the Kitron museum! Loved our guide as well. He answered all of our questions and also would pick plant and rock samples and pass them around the bus to really give us a sense of the island's flora. The tour was in English and German but there were participants from all over the world.

Walked asking to print the ferry tickets but the man behind the counter very bad attitude and continued to speak about me to another customer in Greek. Oh well at least I’m the guy on holidays and he is the guy stuck behind his desk working.
L	Laura Conner on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Awful people. The man said to be at the dock at 845 to leave at 9, while the boat to delos actually left at 845. The website also says the ferry leaves at 9, and when we went to the office, the woman there was the biggest b*tch I have ever dealt with. She said nothing about her coworker giving us the wrong time and said it was our fault for looking at the website. What an abomination of a company, only hungry for money and would not refund us for their agents error. AVOID!
J	J H on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dreadful customer service in the office, first man I spoke to did not even look at me as I was making enquiries about a tour, he was on the computer the whole time and did not give me any information..next a young female who was eating biscuits made an attempt to deal with my enquiry, but seemed to be having more fun joking and laughing with another female colleague . Needless to say, I went down the road and booked with the other bus tour company who were excellent .
