In a sea of tour operator companies, this man stands out for his honesty and willingness to help .When Naxos Tours told me that a tour I really wanted was cancelled and full (yes, two people = two stories) we popped into Passenger Tours to confirm and not only did he sell us tickets, he called the boat captain to ensure the boat was running! What amazing service. Over the following days he looked up wind charts to help us determine if ferries would be running and provided honest help. Every other operator would just give us a quick answer to dismiss us. If you are going to spend money for a tour, spend it here. Better service and the same price as everywhere else. Highly recommended!!

I want to make a complaint about the treatment received in Passenger Tours in Naxos. On the SeaJets website it appears as an associated agency. I went to print the tickets and they charged me 4 euros. I have complained and they have treated me very badly. It has been unpleasant. They are bad people.

We used them to book our ferry from Naxos to Santorini. We were trying to decide between the fast and the slow ferry. We had read some reports online that the fast ferry tended to be late very often. We asked the guy at the counter at passenger tours and he outright denied that the fast ferry would be late. It was 1 hour late when we took it the next day and when we checked the ferry status for the previous days it had been late every single time by 45mins to an hour. The guy at the counter lied outright perhaps because this was a more expensive ferry which meant higher commissions? I would not recommend these guys.

We went in to print our tickets, the employee charged 2€ as printing fee (which we never paid for other trips with the same company). In the end he didn't even put my boyfriend and me in consecutive seats.

We went to this travel agency to pick up tickets when the original ferry company canceled their service. There was no sign advising that 1 Euro would be charged per ticket. When questioned about the charge the large overweight man started screaming about how hard it was to pay for his electricity and that we were in his country. He was the most belligerent rude person we encountered during our 2 months in Greece. Go somewhere else and find someone who has taught common decency. Thankfully Ferry Hoppers went out of its way to arrange for us to pick up our tickets, at no charge, at a different agency.
