★ ★ ★ ★ ★ At first, acted very professionally at car's pick up.Car was clean, new, matching our expectations. Then for unknown reasons, override one of my request (= get the car a little bit sooner if available) by quietly also modify the end time of location. Which could have been fine, honest mistake : I thought they were doing me a favour, when they were optimizing the business. Actually I don't really care of that. Here is the problem : if something turn unexpected, these guys seem to need to talk to you badly. Really bad. You don't want anything unexpected to happen with these guys because they think that a bad communication and a clear lack of respect for customer is an answer to solve a situation like the quiproquo I discribed above. And there is no excuse for that. So could be a great car rental office but if you want you holiday to be nice and smooth whatever happens, with constructive people and a bit of consideration, this one is most probably not the one you're looking for.

Markus was really polite, he also showed us what we could visit in Naxos. The price was low compared to the other rent a car.
