Pricing is very competitive with pick-up/delivery at the hotel exactly on time, GPS and extra driver included as standard, which is a nice change from the current standard of making the base price as low as possible but then charging extra for every little thing. Also friendly staff and no issues with the car.

The friendly owner met us early on a cold Sunday morning to hand over the car giving us plenty of information including the recommendation to visit Marina and Stavros Tavern in Koronos which I'm especially grateful for. The car was clean, ran well and was very fuel efficient. Easy, drama free car hire with great service what more do you need.

But our flight with Olympic arrived on 4 pm instead of 10:30 am. Then the rental company pretended that they have meanwhile rented out our car to someone else. And based on their terms they are not willing to give us a car or our money back. Unfair rules and ethically very doubtful behavior. We are very frustrated. What a messy vacation start...
C	Cary Kimble on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had a fender-bender on Naxos and -- although I had declined the Collision Damage Waiver -- it was handled promptly, courteously, and (most important) fairly. The owner came to the shop, reassured us that the accident would not ruin our vacation, completed all the paperwork, went through the itemized repairs in detail, and gave us everything we needed to file a claim with our credit card company when we return home. This was the first accident I've had with a rental car, and I was fortunate to have dealt with Maganari.

They had probably given the reserved car to someone else because I was a little late (10 minutes), and were trying to convince the director that I was a liar. They also tell you that when they say be at 11 at the port you need to be there one hour before which is impossible when you are in a boat, and if you are on the island so why not tell directly to be there at 10 instead of explaining that on this island when greek people give an appointment you have to know that it is one hour before!

Then the surprise at the airport when they have delivered a higher category car, on-time, without any extra fee. And then a vacation without any issues.

The owner is really friendly and gave us plenty of information about what to visit, which roads to take and how to manage the parking in the small villages. The car was clean and ran well. Summary: strongly suggested.
L	Libor Sedlák on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Came in without prior reservation, the staff was very polite and helpful. We got ourselfs brand new VW Polo with automatic transmisson for a very reasonable price. When I wanted to keep the car for another afternoon, I was expecting to pay for another whole day, however I was charged much less than a whole day fee. If I ever return to Naxos I am renting there again.
