Quite confidance in the help of travel agency, l'Tur, we fell on the worst hotel that we have ever been in. Very sensitive of noises, before paying our trip, we emphasized on tranquility. The reality was quite different. The hotel is located on road side. Worse than that, it was almost between two principal axes of traffic. Day and night. Our arrival at the hotel was almost incognito. No one was there (as most of normal hotels, I suppose), the "as dry as stone" receptionist just checked our passeports and gave us the card for our room. The way leading from the Reception to the room can be a game for children. Not funny for us who were tired after the trip. NOT RECOMMANDED FOR PEOPLE HAVING DIFFICULTIES MOVING. The room is correct. ONE ANORMAL POINT : A VERY HIGH STEP SEPARATING PART OF THE BED AND THE BATHROOM. IF YOU WANT YOUR CLIENTS FALLING DOWN, IT'S THE BEST WAY. I MYSELF HIT IT MANY TIMES. There is nothing for hanging your clothes in the bathroom. The balcony is another problem: if you go out of the room, you will see that hotel clients have no other choices as to dry their towels on the balcony walls. The diners, due to covid, were rather stressy. You must choose a fixed time for all your stay. When you are on holiday, you want to enjoy the life as you want, i.e., having diner when you wish. I WOULD LIKE TO HIGHLIGHT HERE THE KINDNESS OF RESTAURANT STAFF, ESPCIALLY THE CHIEF, OLGA AND MARKO (and his blond colleague in the morning). This hotel is good for people who like over- animated environnement. Not suitable for people who search for tranquility like us. P.S.: this was also the first time that I saw room cleaned not every day, but once every two days. The house-keppers were particularly noisy and talkative. Even if you close the door, you can hear their noisy blablabla. The room was cleaned very quickly. If I have a negatif opinion upon staff, it will be house-keppers.

Really enjoyed the stay and the staff are very friendly! Always clean and tidy. Will definitely recommend to stay here as it is in the middle from the island. This is then convenient to plan trips or day visits to the rest of the island!

The food was of good quality and there was something to eat for every taste, every day. Also, everyone wore face masks and gloves when choosing food from the buffet so that was very good. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The hotel also has free parking if you choose to rent a car. The room cleaning service was good but I was a bit disappointed of the room. We paid for a superior room but the bed was uncomfortable because it was made of two single beds with a quite big space between. Also,the room had a stagnant ciggarette smell and the fridge in the room was very noisy. Overall,it was a good choice especially because of the restaurant, but I wouldtn choose it for a second time just for the room.

The rooms are perfectly clean and the food is fantastic. Considering all the government covid restrictions and rules the hotel staff manages to make everyone feel safe. The beach is 100 meters walk and there are many shops and bars in the area

Amazing. Buffet style restaurant had exceptional quality food and selection, different mains every night, good diversity, amazing cocktails at the bar - best Margaritas ever! Nice clean room. Hotel layout is like a small greek village, modern and clean. Well worth every penny - 10/10 would go again! Beach is really close, some high street amenites nearby, shops bars etc. Free parking in the back

We had a great time at the hotel! It was a real pleasure meeting the staff and all the awesome people working here. Everybody treated the two of us and our little LOUIS the best way possible. Feels almost like knowing them our whole life. We're definitely coming back in the future and we will be missing them until then.

Good hotel. Not 4 stars.Maximum 3 stars. Friendly and professional staff. Very good food and variety of food was plenty. Beautiful alleys within the complex and good vibe. I like the bathroom. Negative aspects: -the rooms were not as I expected( we ordered superior ones), a bit smelly I think from someone who smoked inside. The bed was uncomfortable because were 2 separated beds.. -Not enough parking places, we had to search 5 10 minutes a spot nearby, sometimes 5 minutes from hotel( especially when majority of customers rent a car in Crete..) -The cleaning staff put our clothes in our luggage, I think this is a bit inappropriate... despite the clothes were above the luggage. But we appreciate that the cleaning staff were coming once 2 days to clean and give us new towels. If you need food for morning and tonight , I recommend this hotel but not just for the room..

The rooms are clean, staff is polite and helpful. I loved the restaurant staff. Food is 10/10. We felt us very welcome :)
