Staff are really friendly, great rooms orientation, good pool for families with kids. Near Rethimno ie taxi to city center 9 EUR, or bus 1,3.

Really friendly stuff and good location! But! The worst wi-fi ever. If you need to work (send some of mail or research something)- do not rely on normaltey wi-fi, even in the hall. In the rooms does not catch at all. Yes, very friendly staff, but the problem with the Internet is not solved

we stayed at this hotel in July 2016. the hotel is realy nice and very clean. they clean the room each day and once every 2 days the sheets are changed. the hotel has also a swimming pool that can be used from 9 AM to 9 PM. it is good alternative that you have when the waves are very big at the see. the breakfast was good, lots of choises, but eah day was almost the same food. you have from what to choose and you do not need to eat the same meal two consecutive days. each day you have fresh fruits at beackfast. the bar is opened 24/7 and you can order at any time. the staff is so nice, they will do anything to make your stay there better. if you like you can even have the meal deliver to your room and during the day you can also order some snaks from the hotel. if you need a taxi, the staff will order it for you. they serve also dinner, but i can not say how it is as we did not pick that package. if you want to have dinner out you definately need to go to vergina, which is across the street. when you leave to the beach, you only need to cross the road and go on the path straigt until you reach the sand.

Spacious climated rooms with comfortable beds. Enormous sunny swimming pool, perfect breakfast and dinner, ice creams, milkshakes, salads and snacks available. Perfect alcoholic and non alcoholic coctails. Great wine list. Meticulously cleaned hotel just 2 minutes walking from sandy beach. Very helpfull small kitchenette, big balcony and super helpfull stuff. Highly reccomended.

Kettle really needed in the room. You had to boil eggs and tea water in the same saucepan. Not much of kitchen equipment. Toilet paper should be added during cleaning. Uncomfortable bucket for trash in the kitchen, too thin bags. There is a poor sound insulation: flushing toilets, voices. Bed mattress for better comfort would be good. Better selection of satellite channels, otherwise very strange TV channel packages (no BBC, but Thailand channel available) No movie channels.

Hello; best to start from the moment we, family of 4 arrived to this hotel. We were quickly warmly greeted by the receptionist called Petros. He was extremely polite and kind to reassure us all that this is the right place for our holiday. We felt safe and happy from the moment we arrived. We were offered great apartment which we later upgraded to an even better. At some point of our stay we had some plumbing issues in our apartment but the hotel staff made sure this was resolved at the best possible way. I need to mention and say big thank you for all the staff at the hotel, Mr Ilias, Ms Penelope and Petros who all worked hard and tirelessly to be at our hand if needed. There is also special thank you to the owner of the hotel (which I don't know the name of) who is often seen at the hotel working together along his staff. There is also big thank you to all the cleaners, kitchen staff and room mades who made our stay clean and welcomed. Hotel itself looks great, clean and very functional with decent size rooms and even bigger apartments for families. The bathrooms could be upgraded but it serves the purpose as it is too. Swimming pool is of good size and clean. We stayed at half board and were more than happy with the food provided, especially for dinner. Shops are near by and supermarket at 3min walk from the hotel. Great sandy beach is 3-5 min easy walk from the hotel. The place around is quiet and suit families perfectly. Big thank you for all hotel staff and who knows, we might be back next year.

We stayed here one week on August 2020. The general impression was good. The host was very warm and kind. We consider that this is a modest hotel. The room are cosy but the bathroom is not that confortable, but for the stay it was ok. For breakfast we had the same buffet served every morning: boiled eggs, scrumbled eggs, 1 type of cheese, 2 types of ham, croissants and pies, cake, juices, yoghurt, cereals, mousse, milk, coffee, margarine, chocolate, marmelade. The pool was really great. Is is cleaned every morning and the water is warm. There are also many water mattresses offered from the house. The sun beds are distanced. The sea is very close, there is an alee just in front of the hotel that leads to the sea.

Lovely family stay back in 2019. Administration staff was really friendly and helpful. Birthday compliment from the hotel was really a lovely surprise.
