Nothing food bad .place miles from anything .old beat up bus van to town as and when. .boss used to sit at bar with his worry beans watching staff weren't serving the drinks too quickly that bad after a week tried to book elsewhere shouldn't be open. .

Poor service, bad food, far from sea. Managment try to save money in all. They think, that such bad service can be acceptable for cheap price. Please, better is to buy "HB" in the better hotel, then "All in" here.

Ridiculous place, laud screaming- don't give-a-F service not very interested in anything. It got couple of good things going on, but all together, it's just bad. Food is horrible, everything is bathing in oil and salt. and it's not just me- all small talk with other guest was all about how bad it is. waiter in local restaurant after hearing where my neighbor was staying padded him on his shoulder, and bring extra portion, trying to comfort him. You just don't feel welcome - I'm like obstacle for personel, making they life harder for some reasons just for being around. Everything is somehow broken and fixed by ducktape or a string... Go somewhere else, where peoples gonna act like they want you get back there next year.

If you want all inclusive do not ho here. Only alcaholic drinks on all inclusive are beer and wine everything else has to be paid for. The food was limited. I.m not a fussy eater but even i struggled. And to top it all the all inclusive finishes at 9.30. Definately the worst i have been to ?

Food is awful, absolutely awful! Towels in our room were ragged, full of holes. Overall cleanliness is bad, with no soap in the bathroom. Be prepared with all necessities from home, including mosquito repellent.

Words cannot describe how bad is this place! Food is terrible, the staff doesn't give a f@#$, drinks give you a constant headache, the pool furniture is old, dirty and damaged, etc. In front of our balcony was a towel that has fallen from another room. It has been left there for 4 days before somebody from the staff came to pick it up. They are understaffed and not prepared to deliver decent services for guests. Very disappointed!

Not agree with the lowest rate given to the hotel by the previous reviewers. The situation isn't so bitter as they stated. I was living in the hotel for one week with my family this September. And I could counter majourity of those critical remarks. - Our two-root family apartment was big enough to live comfortably with two children of 8 and 4 years. The rooms' interior is ascetic. The cleanness of the room was appropriate. Really some minor things could be in unsatisfactory state. For example one window curtain in our room was stained. And the towel holder in the bath room had been broken before and fixed with a bamboo stick. But for us such things were secondary. - I havn't noticed any problem with the hotel's staff. They're quite friendly or at least neutral but are not ungracious. - The dinning-haul proposes meals interesting as for adult so for children. The meals were simple but different enough for wouldn't be fed up with it. Also my children don't like delicat restaraunt meals containing much vegetables and souses. So they were delighted with dinning-haul's fries, cakes and watermelons. - The cleanness of dinning-haul's table-clothes isn't satisfactory if you take a table some people had eaten by before. The staff simple don't have enough time to change the table-clothe in such cases. It is the most critical hotel's flaw for me. - The water in the swimming pool is really chlorinated. But in the same time the pool is large enough to have valuable swimming exercises in contrast to those small bath-like pools that are in majourity of inexensive hotels. My children liked doing running jumps into the pool so they even didn't suffer from the lacking of an interesting children playground. - The hotel is placed quite distant from the sea. It took near 20 minutes to get the sea walking with my family. But if you don't appreciate walking you could lend a car in the nearest Agia Pelagia village or use hotel's minibus that carries hotel's guest three times per day. - Also I've noticed that the hotel is placed in a windy place. We even have not had to start our apartment's conditioner because of the usual pleasunt sea wind. Resuming all written I would recommend the hotel for inexpensive calm sligthly ascetic family rest.

In August 2018 I was in a hotel Nicolas villas with my husband. I have to say that it is the worst experience that I have ever had. If you just want to use a room without meals, it is ok, the rooms are clean. But if you choose the option "All inclusive", I promise, you will be frustrated. During 7 days I couldn't eat meat, that they gave, because it was horrible. It was the cheapest meat - farce, liver, sometimes chicken quarters, bad quality sausages, that could be used in the salades with mayonnaise sauce next day. The best dish was a Greek salad, that I ate during one week. ;) But being a lady, it is ok, but my husband needs meat at least 2-3 times per week. If you expect to eat any nice fruits, there is no choice - only water melon and orrange. It was written that an ice-cream was for free in 2017, but now you have to pay 1 euro. As to alcohol drinks, they were very limited and with a bad taste - wine (red and white), raki and uso (Greek vodka), beer (I am not sure that it had 4.2%, I am afraid it was diluted with water). And you can take only one glass of alcohol for yourself, it you take more, the owner will come to you and remind you that it is not permitted. You can take tea, coffee and alcohol as a part of "All inclusive" neat the swimming poor till 21:00, I was an eyewitness, when it was 20:56 and the barman didn't give to my husband a drink. Moreover, I'd like to mention that if you want to travel with your child, the hotel doesn't have anything in a medicine box. One Polish man was biten by a fish in a tendon. He was bleeding and the workers of the hotel didn't help him. I've created a video on Youtube and will add it to show you all the mess in this hotel that couldn't be a 3-star hotel. It is worse than a hostel. Futhermore, I was sitting near the swimming pool and a pool boy started to throw chlorine into the water, but the weather was windy and it stroke my eyes and people who wear sitting near me. So, I don't recomment this crazy place. Please, don't go there, it is dangerous. For this money you can find a better opportunity.
