β β β β β All inclusive my left foot you have to pay for drinks except rakki or ozo beer wine and all drinks after 11. I paid in full before I got here to be made to pay 21β¬ when you get here when my cash was in my case so put on card to get extra fees. Plus as I'm on my own leave the table they cleared my table when I hadn't finished and they threw my tablets in the bin very rude waiter. In the bathroom if you don't roll a towel up to stop the water from flooding the floor. No entertainment until tonight my last night. I've stayed in better 3star hotels. Another moan while your in the restaurant you have to get your own drinks ? I will not recommend or come back sorry to say

β β β β β Although the service and staff could not be any more friendly, some rooms unfortunately are a real let down, poor tired and not fit to use. Room 100 and 104 were stuck along a dark dismall corridor, directly behind a fire door that was constantly a thoroughfare therefore the door was banging throughout the night. Seaview, was poor , although promised. We complained the next morning and was dealt with quickly and efficiently and was moved to an apartment catering for 4, that was modern and clean. The rooms photographed online are are most certainly not what you see in the flesh. Drinks for the all inclusive package are very limited so beware.

β β β β β Returned after a week here with 10 friends celebrating friend's 50th & 60th birthdays.
Absolutely superb hotel! Lovely large rooms split between the hotel and annex area about 200 yards apart.
The hotel and rooms immaculate and staff very friendly. Pools and sunbeds plentiful.
Hotel food was superb and and plentiful catering for all tastes.
Surveys offered to customers towards the end of our stay and the manager responded to feed back by invitation in person which showed customer comments were read and valued!
Only disappointment would be the all inclusive drinks package. On offer was beer, wine, basic raki/ouzo cocktails and soft drinks. We would have like the basic house spirits included.
Extra special shout out to Giogoria on reception, who went the extra mile to sort out our independent transfer issues.
Not often I'd pick to return to the same hotel but certainly would come back to the Blue Bay!

β β β β β Absolutely great holiday staff was amazing friendly and helpful rooms where good bedding and towels change daily food was great plenty of choice yes you have to pay for drinks after 11but all you do is stock up before that what's the issue there would definitely return in the future

β β β β β An absolutely amazing 10day holiday from the moment we stepped off the transfer coach, waking up to that view you just know your day is on to a fabulous start. An abundance of choice in the restaurant from the breakfast, lunch and dinner, every single member if the hotel were so welcoming, we will most certainly be booking up for another stay. Thankyou all at the Blue Bay, & thankyou for making my birthday so special.

β β β β β 10/10, brilliant hotel, isolated, nearest village 20 min drive by taxi β¬9 both ways. Staff amazing and so helpful. Lovely rooms, clean and tidy. Food excellent, good choices. Nothing to fault it by.

β β β β β A great hotel where each member of staff works their hardest to make your stay as good as it can be. A brilliant place uphill from a lovely quiet little bay. Perfect for young families or couples. Looking forward to returning again soon!

β β β β β We stayed here at the start of may and it was an absolutely amazing holiday, it was the perfect place for my first abroad holiday! The staff are an absolute credit to the hotel! Couldn't do enough for us. The food was spot on and plenty of new things to try. The location was stunning and we had a sea view room and a upgrade on arrival! A short walk to the beach and about a 20 min walk from the main beach, if you struggle to get around it might be abit Harder but definitely worth it, our rooms were great and great room service also. The bus to Heraklion is located just outside the resort. There wasn't much entertainment for the first few days as I'm guessing that was because it was early in the season but when the entertainment did start it was great! Definitely a great hotel to relax in if your not after somewhere too busy! I would one hundred percent stay again! And your staff are an absolute credit to the resort! Can't thank you guys enough for giving me a perfect first holiday experience!
