Sea Side Resort & Spa - Agia Pelagia Aghia Pelagia

This is our second time we are visiting Seaside Resort & Spa and is amazing. Stunning view on the edge of the cliff, impressive food selection. The Spa cave is one of the best for relaxation massage and spa. The room is minimalistic and clean! Stuff is super friendly! Till the next time thank you for everything!!!

Lovely hotel. Friendly, welcoming staff, good food, great views, nice pools, although getting a sunbed was difficult for some. Rooms great, the whole place was spotless too. Great holiday.

A wonderful hotel, with great service and a fantastic view! If you are looking for a calm retreat from the heat, with delicious foot and wonderful designed relaxing areas this is your place to be. The hotel is a little bit out of the way, but you can rent cars, access the next bay by foot or take the bus to Iraklion. We really had a wonderful time at the Sea Side Resort.

First of all let me start by saying we really enjoyed our stay here at the resort. We stayed here for a week in a superior room with independent pool and sea view. Can honestly say the room didn't disappoint. It was clean and had everything we needed. The balcony pool and view were so nice I have included pics. Although the pool itself was uncomfortably cold until you were in for a while and over the initial shock. Breakfast was great you could find something for all, although it was weird that they had a full fruit platter out at dinner but not at breakfast. As a morning fruit eater this was a little frustrating. The a la carte restaurants were great, food was amazing and we really enjoyed these. So now for why only 4 stars. Something really needs to be done with the sunbed situation here. If you wish to have somewhere to lay around the pool and enjoy your break in the sun do not expect to be sleeping in until breakfast. Unless you are up by 6am to join the sunbed race you will simply not get one! A few times we missed the rush and were left without a bed even though the pool was empty until 8:30-9am. The site says no reserving sunbeds. But they basically turn a blind eye so the pool ends up empty but no one can get a bed. This could simply be resolved by removing any towels from beds at 8am that are not being used. That said as I mentioned this was a lovely hotel and waking up to see the sun rise everyday wasn't the worst thing. However I cannot give 5 stars as this would ruin a lot of people's holidays. ?

Absolutely beautiful hotel, would definitely come back. We had a sea view room which was lovely, very modern and clean. The drink and food options are excellent, there’s so much to choose from and caters for everyone. Staff are incredibly helpful and kind. We will miss this place!

Best Hotel on Crete. The service is mostly excellent especially the ladies and gentlemen in the restaurants and pool bars are very friendly, funny and know how to treat their guests. I really love the views from the rooms and all the different areas around the hotel. They also have a rental car service at reception which offers very fair deals and insider spots for day trips from the hotel. Big thanks to everyone at seaside. We will come back! ❤️
