Very nice hotel. The infinity pool is incredible and the view during breakfast stunning. However, there is construction next door so not very pleasant to hear noise all day. Also, i don’t know if that is because the hotel opened a few weeks ago but there is a lot of miscommunication: -We made a reservation for a car service to come pick us up at the airport and the reservation was never made so we had to figure it out by ourselves once in Heraklion. When we called to ask where was the car we booked they told us they don’t offer that service - and on our last day they asked us if we wanted to book a car…?! -We stayed at the suite with the small pool which i don’t recommend because you will only get sun from 7 to 10am then the sun is on the other side so the pool will be cold. We asked them to warm it up and even tho they say it will take 2/3h (which is already long) it actually took 8h… for 2 degres higher!! -Our bathroom stopped working (the flush wasn’t working) and we had to wait until 11am to get someone to fix it..

We have had a superb relaxing holiday week at this excellent hotel. Fantastic amenities lovely infinity pools, staff very attentive Food of a high quality. Would highly recommend

Recommendation We had a lovely stay at NIKO Seaside Resort. There is absolutely nothing you complain about. First of all: EVERYONE was so warm and welcoming, service was excellent and all staff was constantly willing to help you with everything you need. We barely experienced such a kindness before. Second, the hotel: It was newly renovated and opened in April 2022 in a modern an luxurious style. The location is close to the beautiful harbour. Car rentals, cafes, restaurants and shops are nearby but fortunately the hotel ist not directly located at the crowded tourist hotspots. Rooms are big, modern, comfortable and clean with a lot of helpful gadgets and enough space for luggage and all person items. Some of the rooms have a private plunge pool which was extraordinary and just amazing. Seaside view was absolutely stunning. We loved both pool areas, on fifth and on ninth floor. They provide you fresh towels whenever you need and serve drinks and snacks from the pool bar. At 9th floor there is also a rooftop bar, where you can drink tasty cocktails with a breathtaking view (Eleni is the best bar tender!) Last but not least: Food. Breakfast and Dinner are served as a buffet. When you enter the dining area, Marina warmly welcomes you as the coordinator and always provides you the best tables. For breakfast they have a big variety of bread, pancakes, waffles, warm dishes and eggs, a huge variety of fresh fruits and there is truly nothing you would miss. For dinner they have some sides such as pasta or fries that are served everyday. And there is also a big salad bar with changing offers. Everyday they serve different kinds of main dishes, but there are alway at least two kinds of meat, fish an vegetarian alternatives. It is mix of international and Greek dishes so there will always be a fit to every taste. Variety of desserts is also very good! All in all (as I mentioned in the beginning of the recommendation) there is absolutely nothing to complain about at Niko Seaside. We had a wonderful experience and only keep positive memories with us.

5 stars doesn't do it justice - a truly amazing hotel. We stayed for a week in a deluxe sea view room with a plunge pool and from beginning to end, everything was perfect. The location of this hotel is great, right on the sea front with amazing views of the crystal clear waters of the Mediterranean Sea. The town of Agios Nikolaos itself has plenty to offer and we even managed a short journey by boat to Spinalonga Island to take in some of the nearby history. The hotel itself is of a great standard and everything has been thought of. The rooms were kept spotlessly clean throughout our stay and the view from the balcony overlooking the infinity pool and out onto the sea was a pleasure to wake up to for 7 mornings. The food was so good and the drinks too - highly recommend a visit to the rooftop bar for a 'Basilando' cocktail from Eleni. Last but not least the service was out of this world. The staff at the restaurant were so attentive and a special mention to Evagelia and Ronaldo with whom we had a great bond - truly amazing people who constantly put a smile on our faces. We will be sure to visit again!

Wow! We’ve just come back from 7 days at Niko Seaside Resort and it was incredible. A 5* hotel in every possible way and we couldn’t have asked for better. The hotel itself is modern and impeccably clean with the staff providing a 5* service, looking after your every need. Nothing is too much for them and they truly look after you from start to finish. The main hotel infinity pool looks out to the Mediterranean Sea and the view does not disappoint - absolutely beautiful. We stayed in a Deluxe Stunning Sea View with Plunge Pool Room on the 8th floor and would highly recommend. The view of the Mediterranean Sea when you wake up is 10/10. We stayed Half Board and the breakfast and dinner options were great and always different. The food options had variety and we were always happy with the choices. We especially enjoyed all the fresh fruit, pastries and cooked breakfast options to start the day. Whilst spending the day by the pool, ask for a Banana Smoothie at the bar - it’s not on the drink’s menu but the staff were more than happy to make one for us and you won’t be disappointed! After dinner, we’d go up to the 9th floor where there is a Sushi & Bar area (again overlooking the Mediterranean Sea) where Eleni makes the best cocktails (we’d recommend the “Basilando”!). There is another smaller pool on the 9th floor with the same stunning Mediterranean Sea view. There are plenty of bars and restaurants nearby (less than 10 minutes walk) from the hotel. As well as beaches, water sport activities and boat trips locally. There is a road outside the hotel but we couldn’t hear a single car go past whilst by the pool so don’t let this put you off. A special mention to Evagelia & Ronaldo who we created a special bond with whilst there. They always had a smile on their face and made our trip so enjoyable. All the staff worked so hard to make sure all the guests had a 5* experience.

We had an excellent stay in this hotel. Everything was wonderful, the room have a Beautiful view. We loved to take breakfast at 5th floor with the nice view of the ocean and we also loved that they propose some greec specialities. Staff is very polite and always smiling we thank you so much for letting our stay perfect. We will definitly come back here.

Luxurious hotel in a contemporary way. Elegant! Great view! Pools in the rooms and the big outdoor pool are exquisite! The water element is everywhere. Memorable Cretan hospitality by true professionals. The staff is genuinely helpful, and pleasant.This hotel is a 5 star Hotel , member of Accor Hotels and is a top recommendation.

A beautiful hotel with fantastic amenities and access to a stunning private beach. Restaurants are great. Would recommend dining in the 9th floor restaurant and sitting by the edge. However, I’ve been to hundreds of five star hotels and the service didn’t quite match up at Niko Seaside Resort. Most of the staff are extremely supportive and super friendly.
