It is quite good hotel. Fairly big rooms (at least the upgraded ones) and doesnt lack any major important stuff. Breakfast is Basic and wifi speeds are good enough for 480p video streaming. Haven't been to the pool or beach yet but they seem to look also fairly good

Views from the 7th floor are quite nice. Rooms are basic, clean and slightly dated. Food is varied. Drinks are quite expensive. €7 a pint of draft lager, and only available in 250ml glasses due to it been a all inclusive hotel. Pool bar food selection is very limited. The swimming pool is a good size and is treated sea water. But the biggest let down was the wind on the 5th floor, the pool and sun area some days it is quite unbearable, no one seems to have mentioned this on TripAdvisor?. The Evening entertainment is typical of any Greek hotel, but wait until you see the skateboarding mermaids. ? Great resort but wouldn't return to the hotel.

Pros: Nice rooms, friendly reception, great food (Hotel style). Ocean views are incredible. Cons: Music til eleven is loud, Food manager seems stressed - complained when we arrived at 6:48 (7am starting time). Carpets are stained. Come again: No

This is a great hotel situated right on the seafront across the road from the promenade and rocky seashore. The initial appearance is deceiving as the main part of the hotel is 4 floors up and set back from the road. The hotel accepts children but there's no children's activities or small pool. The only pool is between 1.2 and 3.2 metres deep. However a small sandy beach is only a 5 minute walk away with very clear, shallow water. The hotel offers daily adult activities like darts, stretch & tone, aquarobics and there is a gym. The spa offers a free 15 mins massage to all guests (which was lovely). The rooms are spacious and the beds comfortable. Rooms are equipped with a small fridge, tv, a safe inside a cupboard and a hairdryer fixed in the bathroom. There is maid service every day. The rooms with a sea view are either directly above the street/promenade a few metres from the sea, or set back and above the pool and terrace area. This is a useful location as a lot of the evening activities take place on the terrace and you can watch the entertainments from your own balcony. However in late August /early Sept these rooms are in the shade from around 10.00 in the morning. The sunnier rooms have the city view and the steep hillside behind the hotel. The food is buffet style with plenty of choice and a different theme most nights Cretan/ Asian /Gourmet / Chocolate etc. Once a week you can meet the chef when he demonstrates a Greek dish on the terrace. The staff are friendly and work very hard at making your visit as good as possible. As in all Greek hotels now, there is an extra daily tax payable in cash directly to the hotel on check in or check out. This is a hotel I would recommend and return to again.

I wouldn't call this a budget hotel. Me and my other half loved it, we plan to go back soon. Great atmosphere funky entertainment and good distance to the markets and whatnot near the port . The lady in the bar by the swimming pool is really fun too. She was wonderful (as were all the staff) just make sure MEN bring a pair of trousers for dinner. You'll thank me later otherwise you get told to change

A superb sea view. Cosmopolitan clientele with a nice relaxed feel. Food is well presented and menu varied. Helpful staff and variety of evening events, with space and several bars to have a private corner if you wish. Be warned though... the pool is cold!

The hotel is dated but public areas are in good order. It was bought in June by a property investment company and no doubt will have a makeover, as it's neighbouring sister hotel is right now. We have a 1st floor room overlooking the bay. If it were a normal season the road and promenade in front would no doubt be noisier. The room has been refurbished, with a tiled floor (some still have the old carpet), new wardrobe and a coat of paint. The Aircon keeps the room just cool enough and is not too noisy. The bathroom is in good order with quality fittings and excellent water pressure. There is a safe and a modern mini fridge. We're paying £65 a night b&b; H/B & all inc. looks good value too. Breakfast was a good selection but busy, coffee poor. The pool and terrace area isn't as big as the photo suggest. Limited number of sunloungers quickly "reserved" with towels. Small but pleasant pebble beach in front good for snorkeling, €7 for umbrella & sunloungers. Parking is free in the vicinity but spaces limited. I wouldn't stay here again but it is "acceptable".

They do not provide even a single bottle of water in the room with 30c outside. We checked in after 12am no food nor water was available or offered to us. Not even a smile at the reception counter.. Really poor service altogether. Staff is overwhelmed and can't keep up with the number of requests. They were stressed and aggressive. Rooms were fairly clean but mattresses were not comfy at all. Only the view was great! Food was low average. Very disappointing experience for a 4 stars hotel.
