★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Niovi suites are located 30km west of the city of Chania and 4km east of Kissamos in the middle of the gulf just 10 meters from the sea! Suites are constructed in year 2017 with attention to detail and with the best materials (energy class A +). Suites consist of two different apartments, one to the ground floor (5 stair above actual ground) 60 m2 with 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and a big living room. The second is on the first floor with one bedroom, one bathroom and a living room. Both suited are fully equipped in order all visitors to have the best possible experience.There is an electric stove, oven, fridge, dishwasher, washing machine, Iron, hair dryer, wifi, satellite TV & air-condition in every room. Lastly there is a swimming pool that is cleaned using salt (no clorium) with dimensions 2,4x11meters. Around there are plenty of sunbeds and a nice tent if you want protection from the sun!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Amazing place and wonderful hospitality by Nikos and his wife, who provided all the needed information and tips for great tavernas in the area.
The suites are well equipped with everything you need and the swimming pool is superclean. The view from the balcony is absolutely gorgeous, especially when the sun goes down.
The location is very relaxing, between countryside/hills and the sea.
I would highly recommend to book here for a superb holiday in Crete and visiting easily the most beatiful beaches of the western island.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Best in class apartments, brand new, fully furnished (think about everything you might need, there is!) with all modern equipment powered by solar panels. Amazing swimming pool and dehors cleaned daily by Mr. Nikos, the very kind owner leaving just a few steps away, very discrete but always available if you need help.
