★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Très jolis appartements : il n'y en a que trois , c'est donc très calme. Résidence neuve, appartements très modernes et confortables. Une jolie piscine est à disposition même si la mer n'est qu'à deux cents mètres.
 Very nice apartments: there are only three, so it's very quiet. New residence, very modern and comfortable apartments. A nice pool is available even if the sea is only two hundred meters.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Einfach nur schön.Sehr nette Vermieter. Sauber und gemütlich eingerichtet. Sehr nah am Meer. Überdachte Parkplätze direkt am Haus. Toller Pool . Grillplatz...alles was man für einen unbeschwerten Urlaub braucht.
Just beautiful. Very nice landlords. Clean and comfortably furnished. Very close to the sea. Covered parking spaces directly at the house. Great pool. Barbecue area ... everything you need for a carefree vacation.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ If you don't want a crowded hotel and looking for Peace and quiet, this is the best place you can find. It's located in a small quiet village next to Kissamos. It's private and quiet, but a 5-10 minute drive from great places to eat and supermarkets and anything you need.
It has an Amazing pool, it's in great location for all the best beaches like Balos and Elafosnossi. The apartments are modern and HUGE, we were a couple but each one can fit up to 5 people. It has a full kitchen with everything - stoves, oven, microwave etc.
There are only 3 apartments so it's very private. The host is the BEST, gives recommendations and helps with anything from Restaurant, information and directions.
Best vacation we ever had, and it's cheaper than any hotel you'll find in crete. Go to Mattimi Apartment! It's a must!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We stayed in the top floor apartment for 4 nights, the property is split into 3 apartments each with two bedrooms. Apartment was clean and well supplied with cooking utilities witch are needed as it's a 10 minute drive to nearest restaurants or shops. The facilities and the outdoor areas could use some work, sun loungers were ripped and cushions were found in the bushes, lack of care for the aesthetics. The hot tub and BBQ area also needed a through clean and the hut tub looked and felt like the water had not been changed for a while... not ideal when sharing with upto 10 guests. Overall I would say the property needs some work, great potential if the owners tried.
