Niriides Apartments. Lovely accommodation great sea view close to the beach and tavernas and the owners Nikos and Evi are very helpful

We stay at Niriides and it was perfect.Perfect Sea View and the rooms very clean also the bathroom very clean and big bathroom.Also the Owners Nikos and Evi very helpful.We totaly reccommend Niriides for nice Summer Holidays

The host are friendly, however there are a few points that deserve to be mentioned: 1) assos is a small village that should be visited but after staying there 3 nights not sure its optimal staying there...see no 2. 2) assos is located 15 min from the main road which requires several zigzags (six zigzags) ... Not super practical when you want to visit other towns and beaches such as Myrtos and that you are staying several days 3) the room offers a nice view on assos 4) the shower and sink are salted water (not fun) 5)the studios are located on the most tiny road right off a cliff and there is No parking, ever, so you must park on the side of the road/cliff. Then to go back, you have to turn the car around that tiny litle road on the side of the cliff. Again not cool. 6)on both side of the bed there are lamps, to open and close these lamps well you have to get out of bed and step... Oh well. 7) no charger next to the bed (I can deal with that). With all the driving in and out of assos we enjoyed the beatitful views and again this city is beautiful!

We loved staying here. Spent every evening looking at the sunsets from the balcony with spectacular views over Assos. The apartment was bigger than it looked on the website and perfect for us. Nik was extremely helpful during our stay. Chris and Nick

Fantastic host that made us feel very welcome and comfortable. Was happy to wait until our arrival after midnight, provided complimentary bottle of wine, serviced our room at midway point, had beach equipment on offer to use. Apartment is in perfect position up on hill in quiet area so no village noise but spectacular view from our balcony (all had this by the looks), and only 5 mins walk to beach.

The host/owner is very friendly and helpful. The rooms are a good cost/benefit with great views - although be prepared for a lot of stairs on the way back up from Asos town!

My fiance and I enjoyed the staying in Νiriides Apartments. First of all the view from balcony is like from a fair-tale! It is definitely worth it to climb few stairs up. the room was clean, the owners were soo nice and helpful! It is all you need for the perfect holidays. The parking is a bit tricky, however we manged and it was all good. If you have any problem just ask the owner he is always happy to help. He recommended us excellent restaurant Maki and few beaches and we really enjoyed it. Thank you! Asos is a small town, but is truly magical. The small beach in Asos is quite nice with very clear water. You can also find some snorkeling places around there. Don't forget to hike through the path to the castle, you will find beautiful views ( honestly it is worth it). "the castle" is not that interesting by itself, however the views are just wonderful.
