Νομίζω ότι αυτό που γίνεται είναι χρέωση δύο φορές! Για 1954 KWh αξίας 136,38€ έχω πληρώσει χρέωση αναπροσαρμογής +222,42€ . Βάλτε το χέρι βαθιά μέσα στη τσέπη σας όσοι γίνετε πελάτες τους! C	Constantine Balfousios on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Τον Ιούλιο του 2021 υπέγραψα συμβόλαιο "Smart nrg fixed" για δύο χρόνια.Χωρίς τα 2 χρόνια να "φαίνονται" επί του υπογεγραμμένου συμβολαίου! Μέσω του λογαριασμού της 24/11/2021 και χρησιμοποιώντας τα λεγόμενα " ΨΙΛΑ γράμματα " στο τέλος του .pdf, ειδοποιήθηκα για μονομερή κατάργηση του ανωτέρω συμβολαίου από τις αρχές του 2022. Και τα οποία " ΨΙΛΑ γράμματα " ουδέποτε μπόρεσα να τα αισθητοποιήσω.Όμως, όταν τους συνέφερε με ειδοποιούσαν με SMS και e-mails. Μέσω του ΕΝΑΝΤΙ λογαριασμού της 21/02/2022 είδα έκπληκτος, ότι όφειλα και την " Χρέωση Αναπροσαρμογής ", που ήταν €356,53.Την οποία "Χρέωση Αναπροσαρμογής" €356,53 την ξαναπλήρωσα μέ τον ΕΚΚΑΘΑΡΙΣΤΙΚΟ λογαριασμό της 21/03/2022 μέσω της "Χρέωσης Αναπροσαρμογής" ύψους, μόνο, €819,73 . Mετά από αυτά τα γεγονότα έφυγα......τρέχοντας! Ας είναι καλά η ΡΑΕ και ο ΣτΚ . Ένας υπάλληλος της NRG ισχυρίστηκε σε τηλεφώνημά μου, ότι το πρόγραμμα " fixed " είναι υπηρεσία και όχι πρόγραμμα! Έτσι τους έμαθαν να μας λένε! Πρόκειται για πολιτική,που ευνοεί τον πάροχο και ποτέ τον πελάτη. Ο πελάτης ως γνήσιο κορόϊδο απλά πληρώνει!
