NEVER AGAIN!! - pizza like from the microoven - tuna salad with the sauce from the market - enormous prices even with free wine served - prices different in the menu & on the receipt - very long time to obtain your order - payment by cash only & no fiscal receipt - toilets from the last century It happened to be the worst finish of visiting Chania city. Please close this pure place!

So without thinking you just go sit at any bar and think the service, quality and price will always be good. Boy were we wrong. Ordered a large beer, that means you get a "boot" beer. It tasted awful, didn't even get a bit tipsy from 1L beer (probably 50% water), and wasn't even really cold. And to top it of, it costs €11. The cocktails were "happy hour" only €7. But when we asked to pay they were magically €9. When we told the waiter he corrected it, but still... Also tasted watered down. After looking at the reviews i understood this was not an incident. And even weirder, all the other bars have good ratings? How this one is allowed to survive is beyond me. We felt so comfortable here that we let our guard down, and payed a heavy price.
I	Ivan Dabić on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We had drinks only - two coffees and water. It’s a cozy place, nearby the pedestrian area by the shore - port sidewalk. I see a lot of bad reviews for food but we hadn’t had a food so, can only say the coffees were needed :)

I was surprised to find such a place in Chania. Food way way overpriced compared to any other restaurant I have ever been in the whole Greece so far. When I asked if they had fresh fish today the waiter appointed some dishes with an asterisk with the label "frozen". Scam.
V	Valeska Villablanca on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I went there expecting a decent food and the appetizers was ok but then we ordered the pork that comes in the foil was our worst food in all trip. The pork was not tasty and the presentation in the foil was horrible. They charged us 19 EUR for this plate.The gentleman in the entrance sell like a nice Greek restaurant where if the food is bad you don't pay there was a live music. Tourist trap please avoid
H	Heather Lum on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Chania was so wonderful. No matter what restaurant we went to, we were happy. Until we went here. Just felt like a trap. I was hoping that what he said was true - that when winter comes around, the locals still frequent their restaurant. But maybe they do that because it's one of the few places open in the winter? The guy in front was actually kinda pushy; we should have just walked away. As we ate, we saw him jumping in front of other tourists to get them to stop and eat at the restaurant. He even said "We'll give you the special Greek treat at the end of the meal, we'll take care of you, I got you" and as soon as we turned to pick a table, he was gone - left to find other tourists. The after-meal Greek treatment of a drink and/or snack didn't come, but we didn't care at that point. The food was alright. Swordfish was dry to me. We ordered the fish plate. Was happy to finally pay and leave.

The customer service is exemplar, and my friend and I are so touched that we are creating this review whilst sipping on our white wine looking out at the lighthouse. A brilliant view, great service, delicious food, wonderful customer service. Would 100% come again. Sad to see the low reviews, and I say, come experience it for yourself!!
