T	T.J. on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The hotel itself is quite nice, but not 5 stars, if at all 4 stars. There was a breakfast buffet, but the food with half board (dinner) was not very varied, there was the same menu for 2 weeks, where you could choose between 4 dishes in the main menu for free (pasta, fish, meat dishes) and everything else with a surcharge per dish, between 5, 10 and 15 euros, the dish is just like the starters. The portions were very, very large. The waiters are very nice and attentive. The hotel cleaning ladies are a catastrophe ... the dirty dishes are not taken, the towels were always missing, as well as the cleaning agents (shampoo, shower gel, etc.) ... but if you gave notice of the repression, it was fixed. The bidet was defective and could not be repaired and in our room the toilet was very narrow, as the arms were against the walls (other rooms may be different).

The food is outstanding (though only one of the three restaurants was open during our stay, the second opened yesterday and also looks great). The Staff is very welcoming and nice. The rooms and property is nicely designed. There are still aspects that need be improved though: The doors are very thin and when it is windy it is very noisy. If you are a noise sensitive bring ear plugs! Though the staff is very friendly they could do with slightly better training and coordination within the team. The cleaning and room service could have been slightly better at times. However these were all minor points. We would gladly come back and highly recommend a stay.

Staff is very friendly, however sometimes slow when you order something, so patience is needed. Nevertheless, we spent a great 7 day holiday here. Definately recomend the á la carte menu at both restaurants. The food is not only nicely presented, it also tastes very delicious. Also you have a great view at the sea. Sometimes it's pretty windy, so recommend to also have some warm clothes with you. As welcome gift you get a 15 minutes massage at the Spa, which is very nice start into holidays. There are two pools, one right at the beach with a daily DJ the other is the "quiet pool". Also there is daily open air cinema with classic movies. Worth to visit and watch a movie below a sky full of stars. The reception and concierge service is very helpful. Since we arrived late, they organized some food for us and also gave us later some tips for excursions. Overall would definatelly recommend this hotel since it's a great place to relax and the staff is always friendly and tries their best to make your stay wonderful.

We were worried about the earlier reviews, but I can confidently say it’s well worth a stay. The food is really great, the beach is gorgeous, and the room large and nicely designed. The staff are all very helpful and considerate. It’s also a lovely local town, and totally doable without a car via taxis, thanks so much!

NUMO is situated directly at the beach and has 2 pools (main and quite). The staff was awesome!! Everyone, from the receptionists to the roomkeepers to the waiters were absolutely lovely and caring at any time. We have been to the SPA, the small fitness studio (with courses, yoga and private coaching), the tennis hardcourt and the outdoor cinema. Everything is made with love there. 100% recommend.

H	He Cheng on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It’s definitely not on 5 star level yet, but max 4 star. I’ve never had so strong mixed feeling about a hotel. The design style is up to the class but there are quite some issues with my room: the bathroom really smelly (which I found out it’s from the drain); no trash bin in the bedroom; the electricity was not stable, power outage happened a few times, which literally woke us up in the night once; very big noise from minibar fridge regularly. No improvement after these issues being reported to reception desk. The staff are friendly but for some reason not efficiently functioning. Maybe more professional trainings? So room is 3/5 and service is max 4/5. On the other hand, we really enjoyed the rest. The night open cinema is super cool and brought us back to old days. The main pool and bar is just next to beach with great vibe. Another small pool is a bit inside but much quiet. The private beach area has a nice setup with sun beds and colorful stones. We saw quite some cute fishes while snorkeling. The breakfast experience is also wonderful. Imagine sitting just next to beach enjoying the buffet with a wide variety. These really deserve 5 star rating. I hope it will be a real 5 star in the future.

The rooms are spacious and with attractive interior in earth/natural colors. The entire staff is always friendly and works very professionally. Especially the ladies from the SPA are super nice and competent. Among other things, we had booked a vital massage, which was performed very attentively and professionally. The breakfast buffet is very extensive and delicious, as is the buffet in the evening. In the hotel complex there is also a beautifully designed open air cinema with lounge furniture and loungers as well as a modern gym with indoor/outdoor areas. If you are looking for a quiet vacation in a well-kept, modern adult hotel, Numo Ierapetra Beach Resort is the place for you!
