Stavriani assisted in the full planning of our wedding which unfortunately didn’t go ahead due to COVID. She listened and carved our inspirations and quirks into a perfect plan which helped visualise exactly what our wedding would of looked like. She was very responsive, our wedding was actually cancelled three times due to COVID but she took each time in her stride and made what was quite a difficult time for us extremely hassle free. We were so very glad to have her on our side to help, she was the perfect planner and I know she would have been brilliant on the day as well. She is well worth the money and makes planning the big day effortless.

Stavriani at Olive Weddings Crete is a real life angel. Because of her we had the most beautiful, intimate, dreamlike wedding, a day that we and every single one of our guests will never forget and will be talking about for many years to come. My wildest dreams we brought to life. Every detail you paid attention to was beyond perfect. I had a vision and nothing was too much and the day exceeded all of our expectations. The ceremony was so rustic and charming and the venue even more so. All vendors were amazing and the day was so organized we didn't have to worry or think about a thing. Stavriani had so much knowledge of the island and with her expertise we were given so many options and ideas it really was the best experience. Our wedding was at the end of July and so it was super hot but I was never without a cold refreshment! Stavriani even brought me and the girls treats whilst we were getting ready she really thinks of everything. Stavrinai helped us to book accommodation also for our 4 week stay and we really spent our trip in some truly beautiful places. Our family and friends travelled over from the UK for our special day and we wanted to ensure they really had the best time, Stavriani made recommendations of the best places to eat and drink and even made reservations for us she really went above and beyond to ensure that not just the wedding day but the whole experience was perfect.I honestly could not recommend Olive Weddings Crete enough, if you want to live your dreams then you have to book OLIVE WEDDINGS CRETE. I can't express enough how happy myself and my wife are after working so closely with Stavriani and her team, who planned our wedding to perfection. We live in Ireland and had always dreamt of getting married in Paleochora, Create; a place very close to our hearts. Paleochora is a beautiful small town, but understandably, given its size, has no specialist wedding venues and very little local expertise in event planning. This makes it an especially difficult place to plan a wedding from abroad. Another barrier for us was that my wife and I both run our own businesses and so we had very little time to invest in planning our wedding. In saying all of this, we had zero difficulties because Stavriani made the whole planning process so seamless for us that we actually enjoyed it! It's amazing to think that something so important and traditionally quite stressful caused us basically no pain. Stavriani was always at the end of the phone if we needed her, she always followed up after our meetings with clear and concise emails and never gave us a job to do that she could do herself (even if it was of serious inconvenience to her). We always knew where we stood and if we ever had doubts or frustrations, Stavriani was able to calmly communicate the best course of action. Another element of our experience (which is exceptionally difficult to find) was Stavriani's helpful attitude towards us and what we wanted. No suggestion we made was too insignificant or silly to consider and if Stavriani didn't have the knowledge at the time, she would find out how to make it happen for us. Stavriani is an extremely friendly and likeable person and we were absolutely delighted with the service. She made our dream wedding into reality. From the beginning of my planning to the end, Stavriani was AMAZING! She was in contact with me throughout the whole process. Stavriani was an angel in all that she did in organising our wedding. I have been going to Paleochora, a little village in southern Crete, since I was born and have dreamt of celebrating my wedding there ever since I can remember. Without any hotels or venues or even previous event similar to what we had in mind to work from it was not an easy task organising a destination wedding in Paleochora. But Stavriani gave her heart and soul into what we expressed we dreamed of and made every last bit of it a reality. It was more than I could have ever imagined or wished for. Thank you Stavriani for giving us an experience we will never forget - a fairytail wedding in my home away from home.

Not only is she an extremely lovely person but she also put together such a beautiful wedding at Agreco Farm for us in Crete. She listened to all of our ideas and requests and put it all together for us and it just looked beautiful, we had so many comments about how amazing everything was, and we couldn't have done everything the way we wanted to do it without her. With us being in the UK it obviously is more difficult for us to know the local suppliers, but with Stavriani as our wedding planner this was made so much easier, and I would completely recommend booking her for your wedding or event! Planning a wedding from another country could be really stressful, but we got extremely lucky to have had Stavriani and the team as our wedding planner. The communication before the wedding was exceptionally great and we felt like all our needs were listened to and taken into consideration, even when we weren’t there physically. The final result of the wedding venue was everything and more than we had imagined. Stavriani had put thought in everything, even the tiny details, such as giving small gift boxes to all the kids, to keep them busy. Overall, we could not have been more happy with choosing this team for our wedding. We had our wishes met and our multicultural wedding did not feel like a difficult task to balance! Idris & Birgit
