★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We enjoyed our short visit to the winery but if you see this be quick - the host told us that it closes to visitors at the end of October. The winery itself is still open and after that I recommend ringing them to see if you can visit. We arrived, were greeted before we had walked in (it was quiet) and allowed to wander round parts of the warehouse looking at tanks and bottling supplies, pre-labelled bottles, and could view the staff down below in a large warehouse sections quickly filling boxes of wine (not on sale in the shop unfortunately). Then our host, Georgia, gave us an informative quick tasting and explanation of three of the types of wine. Excellent English and knowledgeable answers to questions. Staff speak several languages. Then we browsed and purchased some wine in the impressive tasting hall. Another tip - they sell a decent range of these and other local wines at reasonable prices in the airport duty free shop.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Delicious wine, amazing view, great service. They have bottles of the wine available for purchase and also bring you a snack to enjoy while you taste. The price is very reasonable. We paid €10 per person to try 8 different wines.
