Μεταφορά μόνιτορ σημαντικής αξίας στην Κύπρο. Το συσκευάσαν οι ίδιοι στο σπίτι μου. Από τη στιγμή που ανοίχτηκε το μόνιτορ έχει εμφανή ζημιά με ολόκληρη γωνία να μην παίζει και διάφορες γραμμές να εμφανίζονται. Αρνούνται να αποζημιώσουν επειδή το μόνιτορ είναι μεταχειρισμένο (!) και όχι καινούργιο και επίσης γιατί δεν το έβαλα να δουλέψει πριν το συσκευάσουν για να δούνε αν η ζημιά υπήρχε από πριν, άρα εγώ φταίω που εστειλα μεταχειρισμένο και χαλασμένο μονιτορ στην Κύπρο! Με λίγα λόγια για να μεταφέρετε με αυτήν την εταιρεία πρεπει να είναι καινουριο το αντικείμενο, στη συσκευασία του , αλλά να το δουν ότι δουλεύει. Απογοητευτικοί. Μου προσέφερε έκπτωση 50% στην επόμενη μεταφορά. Δε νομίζω!

Transport of monitors of significant value in Cyprus. They packed it themselves in my house. From the moment the monitor is opened it has obvious damage with the whole angle not playing and various lines appearing. They refuse to compensate because the monitor is used (!) And not new and also because I did not put it to work before packing it to see if the damage already existed, so it is my fault that I sent a used and damaged monitor to Cyprus! In short, in order to transport with this company, the item must be new, in its packaging, but they must see that it works. Disappointing. He offered me a 50% discount on the next transfer. I do not think so!
