I contacted the office for an excursion that takes place every Wednesday, the previous Wednesday of departure (1 week before). I asked them when we would know, because there is a holiday so if we do not know Saturday, the next possible update date is Tuesday, just one day before the trip. I was told we will know tomorrow, so after we have your phone we will call you. No one called me on Saturday, so on Tuesday I called again to ask what would happen and the answer was yes, in the end it will not happen, there were no entries. Admittedly they were waiting for people to gather and they delayed it as much as they could, but if on Saturday, 4 days before the trip you do not have enough people, how many will decide 2 days before, to go on an excursion to collect them? At the very least, inform those who are interested so that they have time to look for something else. ΥΓ. So because there is no possibility of answering your answer, the problem was not that the trip did not take place, since there was no participation is logical, the problem was the complete lack of information. I did not receive any service from you, NOR the telephone communication and when you tell 2 times to someone about any development we will inform you and the trip is canceled, you must inform me, unless you consider that the cancellation is not an important development. It was also never mentioned that there are no preconditions for the trip, you kept it open in case it happened. It is funny and completely unprofessional to try to get over it while you have mishandled the situation.
