A	Alex on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Amazing place. The staff were super friendly and helpful. We got one of the small rooms (without own slick pool) but that was still perfect as the beach and main pools were incredible. The food was next level. Ultimate 5* buffet - steak, seafood, and they change it up each day. Theres 2 main restaurants and a beach bar that does food, drinks and ice creams! Nailed the COVID safety and generally really clean with a nice atmosphere. Highly recommended! There’s a bunch of places all in walking distance to check out (tavernas and shops) too.

Standard room is very tiny but still expensive, we got an upgrade from the personnel which made it better. Minus points: loud outdoor music on right side of hotel, on left side loud outdoor movie theater. Beach is nice, but beds contantly occupied by people laying down towels at 7:30 am and views on Coal Power Plant. Hotel is in poor neighborhood far outside Heraklion. Should be cheaper, then it would be 5 stars.

The hotel is very clean, nice staff, smells good, the room was perfect and the clean housework was done everyday :) The buffet was amazing with various choice of food with excellent quality. Since I have been visiting many hotel around the world this hotel deserves a 5 stars for Greece. Thanks a lot to GEORGE he really made the difference ang good luck !
K	Katja N. on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Beautiful hotel. All the personnel is very friendly. The room was always clean - as was the whole hotel. The food was very good. There are two options for breakfast - one offers a more healthy choice (vegetarian and vegan options). The dinner options vary from day to day. Everything is really good. There are always plenty of choices. The beach area is well-kept and is the most appealing on the long beach. The pools are also kept very clean. There maintenance guys working hard all day long. There is an outdoor gym area where you can either train by yourself or participate in a class. The trainer is very experienced and nice.

Accomodation: We had a super plus swim up room with our own super comfy sun bed right in front of our veranda. There are "public pools" which we also used, but it's a nice thing to have your own bed whenever you want to relax at the pool :) Food: The breakfast had a good choice of food (also vegan options available like marmalade and peanut butter, soy milk, fruits, vegetables and many more. We liked the dinner that was served even more as there were plenty of vegan and vegetarian options to choose from (meat was of course also available). The selection changed every day for a great variety. Service: We were really well welcomed when we arrived. The staff at the reception are multilingual and all of them were fluent in English (also really friendly). All in all, we would come again! Perfect place to relax a little, though a little far away from all the places one should probably visit when in Crete (elafonissi, ...).
X	Xavier Gruot on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Lot of thoughts to rate this hotel/resort. Overall we are disappointed. Front staff was quite unwelcoming and sometimes rude (we asked for a fresh bottle of water at 11pm from the front desk. It was like asking the moon. I didn't care if it was free or not just wanted fresh water...) Room is tiny - room not super clean , cleaning done even with "do not disturb sign", old and very damaged towels, old fix in the bathroom, bathroom door hold opened by the bin. The swimming pool is getting old (missing tile etc...) but setup is nice. Breakfast was OK but nothing crazy. Overall we think that resort is pretentious. This is all but luxury...just pretending - just the shiny icing on the cake while disappointed by the details. Crowd is quite young and many organised/bus tours.
x	xjushja on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Heavenly beautiful hotel, quiet atmosphere, clean rooms, friendly staff. Very delicious food & great snack bar, beach area was clean as well which the staff was always making sure of. There was even a musician a few times in the restaurant. Lots of cats there as well who were all either friendly or shy, and the staff was always nice to the cats as well.
