Creative cuisine combining gourmet techniques with traditional Mediterranean food. I liked the fact that you need to combine all dressings and sauces with the food in order to get the full flavor of the dishes, especially for the sea food. Very fast and professional service, a nice brake from the family taverns in the area. High quality of ingredients and preparation. Since it has many awards though, I would expect more elegance in the flavors (like truffle) and definitely more gourmet style fish dishes. Probably the sea food dishes are the highlights of the menu. Good prices for high class restaurant, big portions and huge wine list.
