★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Φτανουμε 3 λεπτα αφου το μαγαζι εχει κλεισει. Ειναι ακομα πελατης μεσα και ψωνιζει που παρκαρε δευτερολεπτα πριν απο εμας. Χτυπαμε και εξηγουμε οτι χρειαζομαστε ΦΑΡΜΑΚΟ για κουταβι 56 ημερων και αρνουνται να το δωσουν ενω ειναι 5 ατομα προσωπικο με τα φωτα ανοιχτα και κανουν χαβαλε. Καταλαβαινουμε το θεμα ωραρίου, αποδείξεων κλπ, αλλα οταν ο αλλος σου ζηταει φαρμακο για 56 ημερων κουταβι και λες οχι και εχεις πελατη μεσα να ψωνιζει, εισαι ΑΠΑΡΑΔΕΚΤΟΣ....
We arrive 3 minutes after the store is closed. He is still a customer in and shopping where he parked seconds before us. We knock and explain that we need MEDICINE for a 56-day-old puppy and they refuse to give it while there are 5 staff with the lights on and they are making a mess. We understand the issue of schedule, receipts, etc., but when the other person asks you for medicine for a 56 day old puppy and you say no and you have a customer shopping, you are UNACCEPTABLE

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Πόλυ καλή εξυπηρέτηση, μου εξήγησαν και με κατατοπησαν σε όλα, παρολο που μπήκα στο μαγαζί 10 λεπτά πριν κλείσουν.
Very good service, they explained to me and informed me about everything, even though I entered the store 10 minutes before they closed.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Αν και ανήκει το συγκεκριμένο κατάστημα στην αλυσίδα της εταιρείας δεν πολυευχαριστηθηκα την επίσκεψη μου εκεί κυρίως γιατί για pet shop δεν βρήκα ποικιλία, αλλά ούτε ιδιαίτερα ανταγωνιστικές τιμές. Ωστόσο δίνω τα συγχαρητήρια μου στο προσωπικό του καταστήματος για την άμεση εξυπηρέτηση και την ευγενική του παρουσία.
Although the specific store belongs to the chain of the company, I was not very happy with my visit there, mainly because I did not find a variety for a pet shop, but also not very competitive prices. However, I congratulate the staff of the store for their prompt service and kind presence.

Tell me one reason, that today 12/16/2021, with 5 degrees outside temperature, you have OUT OF COLD, a man dressed as Santa Claus, to do your marketing and approach customers. Santa Claus without a jacket is meant. In a simple uniform. UNACCEPTABLE for marketing reasons to humiliate the human condition in this way. Happy Holidays
