Beautiful and clean space with wonderful views. Ioanna was an amazing hostess. Close to the sea, it is very convenient. We will definitely visit you again.

Wonderful hospitality, spotless rooms and impeccable service !! The location is ideal both to relax and to discover the whole surrounding area! The view is incredible. One of the best accommodations I have ever stayed! I will definitely come again!
Φ	ΦΕΡΕΝΙΚΗ ΠΑΠΟΥΤΣΑΚΗ on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ολα ήταν εξαιρετικά. Οι οικοδεσπότες ειναι ευγενικοί και με χαμόγελο κανουν οτι περνάει απο το χέρι τους για να περάσεις υπέροχα τις μέρες τις διαμονής σου. Μου άρεσε που τα δωμάτια διαθέτουν δικό τους μπάνιο και κλιματιστικά άνετα…όμορφα και καθαρά δωμάτια με πολλές παροχές! Ανυπομονώ να ξαναπάω! Είναι σε πολύ ωραία τοποθεσία με υπέροχη θέα!! Everything was great. The hosts are polite and with a smile they do everything in their power to spend the days of your stay wonderfully. I liked that the rooms have their own bathroom and air conditioners comfortable… beautiful and clean rooms with many facilities! I look forward to going again! It is in a very nice location with great views !!
Ν	Νάγια Αγοραστού Παγουτέλη on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Η αρχική μας κράτηση με τον φίλο μου ήταν για τέσσερα βραδιά, ωστόσο όταν πήγαμε στο δωμάτιο εντυπωσιαστήκαμε τόσο από το ίδιο το δωμάτιο (μίνιμαλ διακόσμηση, πολύ καθαρό, ευρύχωρο με όλα τα κομφόρ), όσο και από την υπέροχη θέα απο το μπαλκόνι, που αποφασίσαμε να καθίσουμε τελικά επτά βράδια! Το δωμάτιο ήταν το κάτι άλλο, καλύτερο από κάθε προσδοκία μας και ίσως το καλύτερο καλοκαιρινό κατάλυμα που έχω διαμείνει μέχρι σήμερα. Σημαντικότερο όλων δε ότι η κοπέλα που μας υποδέχθηκε ήταν από την αρχή μέχρι το τέλος πολύ φιλόξενη και εξυπηρετική σε όλα!! Σίγουρα όταν ξαναπάω στα Σφακια -που θα ξαναπάω- θα μείνω οπωσδήποτε στο philoxenia rooms και το προτείνω ανεπιφύλακτα!!! My initial booking with my friend was for four nights, however when we went to the room we were impressed both by the room itself (minimal decoration, very clean, spacious with all the comforts) and by the wonderful view from the balcony, which we finally decided to sit for seven nights! The room was something else, better than we expected and probably the best summer accommodation I have stayed to date. Most important of all, the girl who welcomed us was from the beginning to the end very hospitable and helpful in everything !! Definitely when I go to Sfakia again -where I will go again- I will definitely stay in philoxenia rooms and I highly recommend it !!!
P	Pavlos Kosmetatos on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Εξαιρετική επιλογή, εντυπωσιακά μεγάλο και ωραία ανακαινισμένο δωμάτιο, με τρομερή θέα και όλες τις ανέσεις. Από τα καλύτερα value for money δωμάτια, αν όχι το καλύτερο, που έχω μείνει στην Ελλάδα γενικώς. Πάρα πολύ βοηθητική και η κοπέλα με την οποία επικοινωνούσαμε. Μείναμε με την κοπέλα μου για μία βδομάδα και οπωσδήποτε αν ξαναεπισκεφτούμε την Χώρα Σφακίων θα προσπαθήσουμε να μείνουμε στο ίδιο μέρος. Great choice, impressively large and nicely renovated room, with awesome views and all amenities. One of the best value for money rooms, if not the best, that I have stayed in Greece in general. The girl we were communicating with was also very helpful. My girlfriend and I stayed for a week and definitely if we visit Chora Sfakion again we will try to stay in the same place.

F	Fausto Renzi on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Studio flat brand new and spacious (big bathroom with no window) and big room with big balcony. Nice and comfortable bed and all well clean. Not really central i.e. youi need 10 minutes walk down to the village shops; pls note the way back is uphill (still 10 minutes so basically if you are in good shape not an issue but if you are old or something..). The kitchen is not really well equipped but new and you can do some very small cooking (in case ask for details if you are interested: for instance no Moka, no Colander, no a proper dish drainer). Great view of the sea and mountains....The balcony is good with table and two chairs but don't expect great privacy in high season as right and left you have other two balconies attached and separated with a wall 1 meter. No great facilities to dry clothes. Basically a brand new studio which could be better fitted with very small further "investment". Still if you want to really cook find other proper flat for that (not common in Greece anyway....). Host always avaiable and quiclky avaiable for any possible issue. A courtesy pick up service was not provided which should instead expected and common in Greece, especially if you are not rigth close to the bus station (only public transport around). Overall i think the price was good value but not a bargain in middle of September (one person).

The apartment is renovated , very clean and looking better from the reality that the images(very rare). For sure every time that i will visit the area of Chora Sfakion, i will try to come and stay again.
