Nice kind people, the place very close to the sea and nearby many places to visit in Zakinthos, the garden, rooms, kitchen and bathrooms are very good for staying in a private mode. Maybe the WiFi should be a bit better organized and stronger somehow , of course technically speaking. Over all the place is awesome, makes you feel safe among a family you know for so long.

Nice location, friendly hosts and a good looking garden. There are also a few minuses about this place like the Wi-Fi quality and the location of this apartment, which is far away from the Zakynthos town, so make sure you rent a car on the first day of your stay. There’s plenty of space to park your car in the garden and outside of the plot.

I cannot recommend this place enough! Nadia is an amazing host and made our 2 weeks stay an absolute pleasure. Clean, beautiful and quiet accomodation and within a few minutes drive from the two best beaches on the island(Gerakas and St.Nicolas).

Physis Studios is located in a peaceful and quiet place of Vasilikos close to two nice beaches that can be reached on foot (Porto Roma and Gerakas). There were also many great restaurants nearby but the supermarket almost next to it closed, so we had to go a bit further to buy stuff which was not an issue at all since we had a rental car. The place itself is surrounded by olive trees and a pretty and well cared garden. Nadia and her husband are lovely and helpful hosts, maybe the best hosts we have ever had. You can really tell that Nadia puts a lot of energy and love to keep this place how it is. On top of that, she also gave us lots of tips about places and restaurants, sat down with us with a map and a magazine to show us everything. The apartment studio we stayed has two bedrooms, two bathrooms and one kitchen. The two bedrooms are very spacious, the bathroom is proper and clean and the kitchen is big and very well equipped. We had a very private balcony where we got the morning sun overlooking the olive garden which we took our morning coffee. We had an amazing stay and hope to go back soon!
