Great beach and the sea,with some fish and sea fruits. Very nice and helpful stuff. Hotel older,but everything functioning. Lifts daily checked. Buffet not large,but if something run out,was brought immediately. I can fully recomend to people with not high expectations for accomodation's comfort. The hotel correspond with 3 stars and we had a great holiday there.

This was once a great hotel, in time it has run down however the management did not invest any further, since its opening I guess. The staff however are super helpfull and very kind. The location is amazing overlooking the horizon and boosting a very nice sandy beach. The all inclusive package however does not cover the beach beds and the beachbar drinks. It is a half-all inclusive if you ask me, traps and tricks all around just to take away few more euros more from your shallow turist pocket. The drinks served on the pool bar are of the lowest quality and sometimes you have to que for those colored drinks served in small plastic cups. The setting is however amazing, if the 1 star rooms and on occasions bad smell does not bother you. The childrem will enjoy it as every night there is an amazing show specially for them. To cut the long text short, low-budget all inclusive resort, run down, nice staff, super beach, fabulous island! Cheers!

Had a weeks family holiday here. Food nothing special and nothing Greek seemed to be on the menu. The water park turned out to be 2 slides so very misleading advert. Our room was dated but clean. The beach bar was not part of the all inclusive and seemed expensive. Beware the pedalow operators, had hired 2 and one broke and had to take it back, we were the only 2 being used and got back to be told had to pay more as been out longer. Have never had that happen ever before.

The hotel complex includes 3 various hotel all in walking distance to a beach. Palazzo di Zante looked to be the most renovated but furtherst away from the beach. We stayed at Imperial Beach Hotel. Closest to the beach and water slides. Definitely a place more suitable for families but there are other beaches nearby that offer more of a night life young people may look for. STUFF: Mostly young and nice stuff. Waiters are very approachable and usually speak to the children. I did not leave my child with the animation team as they seemed to be more interested in preparing for evening shows than actually playing with kids. The front desk often speak poor English but try to be helpful. It took them 2 days to resolve our problem but they did (we paid for a sea view and did not get what we expected at first) FOOD: Rich choice of foods suitable for people from various parts of the world. Also had local cuisine. Soups and main meals and desserts. Stayed there for 2 weeks and never had a need to eat out. Coffee is bad though if you are used to the European espresso drink which you would need to pay extra if you want to get from the proper machine. And pay in cash right away at the bar. CONDITION: It does seem to be an older hotel complex but I experienced that if we had problem with anything it was fixed etc. Furniture is old and you may find spiders and spider nets in the rooms. That was not a problem for us though as we understand the complexity of building on island. And complex is huge cca 1000 rooms of various sizes I guess. Overall offers a great place for relaxation and you get what you pay for. Scenary is amazing

Dirty rooms, filthy bathroom (had to clean it ourselves) impolite stuff - this accommodation ruined our holiday. No bathroom towels, woke up by the smell of people smoking next door. AWFUL holiday we longed for. Had to leave after 2 nights and search for alternatives while on holiday with a 2 year old. The place needs to be checked by the authorities. I doubt they are licensed.

We have come for a holiday as a 4person family.we would not recommend this hotel to anyone!waste of money and time! We have been greeted into a smelly full of damp room.the bath is literally peeling away. (picture attached) After complaining to the reception and asking for a new room we have been ignored!2 days in a row we have been told we will be moved into a new room you guessed it no result! The hotel is nothing like advertised. Some facilities don't even work. Planning to go to the beach you better take your purse as sunbeds costs €8. The pool area does not get cleaned in evening or morning as a result you have a whole bunch of wasps spending holiday by your side. The hotel food choice is disappointing. Same thing as served for lunch will be served for dinner just with a sauce poured over it. Are you ready for your workout holiday? You better be if you planning to book because you will have tons of stairs to climb.the hotels smells of sewage and there is literally s*** laying around (picture attached). The staff are very rude. They do not know how to deal with any form of complaint. I have asked a cleaner for a new sets of towels as we are supposed to get new ones each day. She aggressively said "no I don't have any" and followed it up by calling the reception moaning about me for asking for what I paid for! After getting off the phone she grabbed the dirty towels out of my hands aggressively and started shouting at me in Greek. She came back with new sets of towels dumped them all on the bed and slammed the doors! Defianelty not the treatment I was expecting for asking for such a simple thing! I have tried to resolve the issue with the manager but again no result he didn't even bother trying. He refused to speak with me face to face and insisted on a phonecall. Customer service here is awful and I will never return to this place. 4 stars,no way! Dont waste your money so many better hotels around!

the location is good near the beach. About the room , when we entered to the room and we were immediately greeted by bad smell, and this problem was easily solved we bought an air freshener from local shop. The room has a fridge with a door that doesn't close on nights fridge we switched off, because of continuing noise was no possible to sleep and the funniest thing it was about the safe, the safe wasn't even screwed to secure , everyone could come to the room take safe and go away... after a comments been made to reception girl, came a fitter to do not easy removable safe :))) I might have to give three stars for the kitchen, but after kid has a food poisoning it's only one star.

The hotel complex is renewed, improvements can be seen, anyway it is not the highest level one. Nice small beach accesible via stairs or a lift. Lift capacity is limited, so waiting times in rush hour must be taken in account. Small bar, restaurand quite OK, but at the time when we were there the cups were not really clean (too much guests? Unsufficient cleaning time in dishwasher?)... Air conditioning in room at the limit. But overall for the price acceptable.
