This Hotel is for people who love the water nice clean pools with a water slide and lifeguards. Entertainment for the children and Staff are very friendly especially the pool bar staff. Infrastructure of the hotel is very nice 4 stars. However the room was a big let down for 4 stars. Often no hot water very steep to get to the shower as in a bath but no plug so no bath. Beds very hard and not many English people here. Food is the same and often luke warm. Plenty of choice though and lots of different foods. However on the down side very isolated nothing around. There is a beach but cost 8 Euros for a sunbed set of 2 started including a soft drink in the price. Lift down to beach when working lots of steep steps down so hard with prams motablity issues. Steps every where in the hotel again motablity issues with getting to the rooms and restaurant. Lift but again broken no hurry to repair. Internet extra 3 Euros a day or 15 Euros for 7 days and had to pay visitors tax of 40 Euros on arrival which I don't agree with. British doesn't do that to our visitors. No entertainment for Adults so a week here is plenty just sun bathing and relaxing.

We had great time here. Food is diverse, clean rooms, friendly staff, very nice ambiance overall. Very good location for this resort. Every night you are invited to a show by the poolbar. The beach is very good and the gulf where its at it is amazing.

One star is too much for this hotel. Avoid at all cost. Salty water in the sinks and drinks!! Yes, salty drinks! Bar people confirmed the problem, the reception have denied it. Dirty, tired and old place. Entertainment is rubbish, repetitive and boring. Air conditioning in the room is temperamental, sometimes it works, sometimes it doesn't. Definitely the worst hotel I have ever been to and it's in the middle of nowhere. Nothing to do in Vassilikos. The only decent thing about it is food and 2 members of staff, older chef is really nice and the barman with beard. The rest don't care. Please avoid it. PS: this is my first ever complaint about any hotel!

The hotel need ccomplete renovation. The food is the same for all the season and don't have taste. The drink are horrible, all hotel employee drink from bottles water and for the guests you have to pay. Usually I'm not so picky but this hotel does not even rise to 2 stars. The sea view room that we book is a tree view, berrly see the sea. By the way , the beach near the hotel is fantastic.

We being in this place this summer for 15 days ! I really really disliked so disappointed it’s old dark reception! The food OMG so no testing same almost every day . We went for Full bord There is no COCA COLA There is no Cappuccino I have made some complains but not much was done . I try to cancel from the first day but unfortunately I would have lost all my money. So we have to stay . The worse Holliday we have so far.

Let's start with the good things: 1. The hotel has a spectacular architecture 2. The staff is friendly, special thanks to ANCA , such a positive presence, always smiling and serving. 3. Nice pools with clear and clean water. BAD PARTS: The hotel doesn't reach 4*, barely 2*. Very very poor food at breakfast, lunch and dinner. Every day the same food. The fruits are not fresh and cereals and cookies are rancid. Poor take away lunch packages. It is an old-fashioned hotel...I felt like i was back in time, year 1990. Most of the door handles are broken. Too many cats that jump on the tables where people eat. Found cat fur several times on the table There's nothing to do in Vasilikos. We rented a car and boats and went on trips every day. The air conditioning sounds like a war machine No Wi-Fi in the rooms We requested the room cleaning We asked to clean the bathroom and refill the soap tank, but they did nothing about it

The worst hotel I've ever been to. It doesn't deserve 4 stars. The whole hotel seems like abandoned, its old, dirty and neglected. I went with my kids and their grandma, payed a lot as for greek hotel and we got a family room with air conditioning that wasn't working. Room was just awful. Zante Royal seems to fight for surviving but the staff do nothing to improve its situation. Food was so monotony, every day the same. To get to the beach you need to go by stairs as the elevator through our stay was out of order. Getting back to the hotel meant climbing stairs like 10th floor.. My kids were happy to spend time in the pool with waterslides but after 4th day od our stay, water became green and cloudy. Basically, this was my worst holiday experience ever and I sincerely do not recommend it to anyone.

Well pretty bad. Not as advertised. Not a 4 star Not by a long shot. Full inclusive with poor breakfast launch and dinner. Bad selections of cocktails. It is like we ve traveled in 1990. Also no wifi in the rooms only on shared common areas. Dirty pools. Had two good water slides but only for 4 hours per day. If you wanted to get to the very nice and beautiful hotel beach you had to climb down 135 stairs. And ok going down was OK. But climbing up again it was a disaster.
