P	Pit Kar on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Αναίτια αναμονή σχεδόν μιας ώρας. Επίσης κατά την διάρκεια της "εξυπηρέτησης" μου οι υπάλληλοι έκαναν άλλες τρεις δουλειές με αποτέλεσμα να καθυστερήσω. Παρόλα αυτα πολυ βοηθητικος ο υπάλληλος στο ταμείο. Waiting for almost an hour. Also during my "service" the employees did another three jobs so I was delayed. However, the cashier at the cashier is very helpful.
S	Spiros Millas on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Σπάνια κάνω αξιολογήσεις, αλλά αυτή την φορά μπήκα στη διαδικασία μόνο κ μόνο εφόσον με εξέπληξε η αρνητικότητα, η άγνοια απλών διαδικασιών τους και η εμφανέστατη απροθυμία τους να εξυπηρετήσουν. Προσπαθούσαν μόνο να με “διώξουν” ζητώντας επανειλλημένα διαφορετικά άκυρα έγγραφα για μια απλή ενεργοποίηση παλαιού λογαριασμού. Μετά από δική μου επιμονή, 1+ ώρα και αφού ενεπλάκησαν 3 διαφορετικοί υπάλληλοι στην υπόθεση έκανα δουλειά και αυτή μισή, αφού μου είπαν πως θα πρέπει να ξαναπάω αύριο για να ολοκληρωθεί η διαδικασία. Αποφύγετε αν είναι δυνατόν το συγκεκριμένο κατάστημα. I rarely do evaluations, but this time I got into the process only if I was surprised by the negativity, their ignorance of simple procedures and their apparent reluctance to serve. They were just trying to "kick me out" by repeatedly asking for different invalid documents for a simple activation of an old account. After my own insistence, 1+ hours and after 3 different employees were involved in the case, I did half of my work, after they told me that I would have to go again tomorrow to complete the process. Avoid this store if possible.

d	dimitris papadopoulos on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Όταν ένας άνθρωπος σας ζητάει μία βοήθεια εντός του καταστήματος στο μηχάνημα γιατί δυστυχώς έχει ξεχάσει τα γυαλιά μυωπίας δεν τον γράφουμε στα παλαιότερα των υποδημάτων μας,ντροπή σας!!απλά απαράδεκτοι!!! When a person asks you for help inside the store in the machine because unfortunately he has forgotten the myopia glasses we do not write it on the older of our shoes, shame on you !! simply unacceptable !!!
Μ	ΜΑΡΙΑ ΣΥΝΟΔΙΝΟΥ on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Επισκέφτηκα το κατάστημα στην Καφανταρη 5. Απαράδεκτη συμπεριφορά προς τον κόσμο που περιμένει!! Περίμενα μια ώρα για ταμείο, όπως και πολύς κόσμος έξω από το κατάστημα και τελικά μπαίνοντας βλέπω ότι από τα 3 ταμεία του καταστήματος λειτουργεί το 1!! Είναι απαράδεκτο εν μέσω πανδημία να δημιουργείτε συνωστισμός και να μην εξυπηρετείτε άμεσα ο κόσμος.. Την ίδια συμπεριφορά έχω συναντήσει και σε άλλα καταστήματα.. J	Jonathan Dran on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Οι τραμπουκισμοί του σεκιουριτά σε ΑμεΑ άτομο γίνονται αποδεκτοί από κάποιον υπάλληλο και κάποιον προϊστάμενο που ήταν μπροστά στο περιστατικό, αλλά και οι δυό τους ήταν φάση "δεν είδα, δεν άκουσα". Κι όλα αυτά επειδή το εν λόγω άτομο δεν ήθελε δείχνοντας πιστοποιητικό ΑμεΑ να παρακάμψει την ουρά που περίμενε στο παρα 20' του κλεισίματος εφόσον δόθηκε η εντύπωση ότι θα εξυπηρετηθεί έγκαιρα. Όταν αναγκάστηκε να την δείξει στο παρα 5', του αρνήθηκαν την είσοδο. Εύγε. ΥΓ. Μέσα στο κατάστημα βρίσκονταν 2 υπάλληλοι που δεν εξυπηρετούσαν κάποιον και 3 πελάτες σύνολο, ενώ η σχετική σήμανση έγραφε όριο 12 άτομα.
