★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Χρειάστηκε να δω την υπεύθυνη του καταστήματος λογω προβληματος στο ΑΤΜ (κα. Εφη) Απαράδεχτη συμπεριφορά, υποβίβαζε την νοημοσύνη μου και δεν γνώριζε το αντικείμενο για το οποίο μιλούσε. Κατα την διάρκεια της «εξυπηρέτησης» βρίστηκε και με εναν συνάδελφο της ο οποιος ζήτησε να του ανοίξει την πόρτα να εισέλθει στο κτήριο.
I had to see the manager of the store due to a problem at the ATM (Mrs. Efi) Unacceptable behavior, it was degrading my intelligence and she did not know the subject she was talking about. During the "service" she was with a colleague who asked to open the door for him to enter the building.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Έχω την εντύπωση ότι οι υπάλληλοι σε όλες τις συστημικές τράπεζες είναι ίδιοι, δεν γνωρίζουν τι προϊόντα πουλάνε, και η δικαιολογία λόγω covid είναι επικεικώς απαράδεκτη. Κανένα ενδιαφέρον για τον πελάτη.
I have the impression that the employees in all the systemic banks are the same, they do not know what products they are selling, and the excuse due to covid is indulgently unacceptable. No interest for the customer.

If you are over 70 I wouln't reccomend this bank as your time may run out before your number ever comes up.
