Als Volkswagen Bank Kunde kann ich in der gesammten EU (Länder die den Euro als Währung haben) kostenlos mit der Visa Karte Geld abheben. Bei dieser Bank werden 3 Euro Gebühren verlangt, hab mir gedacht ok dann zahle ich sie, da ich das Geld brauche... Auch mit der Einwilligung der Gebühr bekam ich am Automaten kein Geld. Am Ende sagt einem der Automat das die Karte nicht akzeptiert wird. Probably the bad bank in Greece. As a Volkswagen Bank customer, I can withdraw money free of charge with the Visa card in the entire EU (countries that have the euro as currency). This bank charges 3 euros, I thought ok then I'll pay them because I need the money ... Even with the consent of the fee I couldn't get any money at the machine. In the end, the machine tells you that the card is not accepted.

Μου ειπαν οτι υπαρχει καποιο προβλημα με τομ λογαριασμο αλλα ΔΕΝ ΜΠΟΡΟΥΝ ΝΑ ΜΟΥ ΤΟ ΠΟΥΝ. Μου ζήτησαν οτι χαρτι υπαρχει και κατα τα αλλα λενε για ηλεκτρονική τραπεζικη και paperless αηδιες. Μακρια.... Τους παίρνω τηλέφωνο, ρωτάω για τα απαραίτητα δικαιολογητικά και ενημερωνομαι ότι θα έχει κ 30€ έξοδα τα οποία αφορούν την έκδοση της κάρτας κ τους κωδικούς για το IBAN! Καλώ στα κεντρικά, με διαβεβαιώνουν ότι είναι απόλυτα ανέξοδο, εκτός αν επιθυμώ να ασφαλίσω την κάρτα! Καλώ σε άλλο υποκατάστημα κ με ενημερώνουν ακριβώς τα ίδια με τα κεντρικά!! Ξανακαλώ στο υποκατάστημα του Μενιδίου κ αυτή τη φορά με ενημερώνουν ότι τα έξοδα είναι 25€ για τους ίδιους λόγους!! Κανείς δεν ανέφερε ότι πρόκειται για την ασφάλεια της κάρτας αλλά επέμεναν ότι αφορά στα προϊόντα!! Όταν πήγα στο υποκατάστημα κατόπιν ραντεβού με όλα τα απαραίτητα δικαιολογητικά, η υπάλληλος με ρώτησε αν έφερα τα 25€ κ της απάντησα: " όχι, δεν επιθυμώ να ασφαλίσω την κάρτα μου"... Με κοίταξε κ δεν σχολίασε τίποτα!!! Θα πρέπει να ντρέπονται για την επιτηδευμένη παραπληροφόρηση!!! I had to open a payroll account. Σαφώς και δεν ισχύει κάτι τέτοιο μόλις μίλησα με τα κεντρικά.....Το άνοιγμα ενός λογαριασμού χωρίς ασφάλεια καρτας κτλπ είναι ΔΩΡΕΑΝ. M	Mairi Zeibeki on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Δεν θα μιλήσω για το νταβατζιλίκι που ζήτησε η υπάλληλος για το άνοιγμα λογαριασμού μισθοδοσίας που πάλι καλά διάβασα τα σχόλια εδώ, της απάντησα κατάλληλα πως ειναι προαιρετική η ασφάλεια και έκανε την Κινέζα. Μίλησα με μια υπάλληλο στις 13:30 η οποία μου είπε πως έχει ραντεβού από 23 Μαΐου και να καλέσω σε μισή ώρα ώστε να το κλείσουμε επειδή είχαν πολύ δουλειά! Καλώ λοιπόν ακριβώς σε μισή ώρα και μια άλλη αγεναστατη υπάλληλος αφού απογοητεύεται που δεν θα πάρει τα χρήματα για την ασφάλεια μου λέει για 8 Ιουνίου και μετά. Όταν της εξηγώ πως άλλη ημερομηνία μου ανέφεραν προ λίγου με βγάζει τρελή και πως το φαντάστηκα. Της απαντώ και εγώ πως εκείνοι μάλλον φαντάζονται ημερομηνίες και λένε ότι τους κατέβει και η απάντηση της ήταν « να πάτε στο κατάστημα της Δεκελείας που δεν φαντάζονται γεια σας» συγχαρητήρια λοιπόν στην τράπεζα και στο προσωπικό σας! Ξεχνάτε μάλλον πως δεν είστε δημόσια υπηρεσία Για να ανεχόμαστε τέτοιες απαξιωτικές συμπεριφορές, έννοια της όμως και θα μάθω και το όνομα της! Σιχάθηκα την Πειραιώς. Κρίμα που ο εργοδότης μου έχει μόνο αυτή την τράπεζα για να καταθέτει την μισθοδοσία, θα πληρώνει τώρα τα έξοδα για να μου την μεταφέρει σε άλλη τράπεζα!
