★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ... πήγα να καταθέσω κέρματα και μου ζήτησαν 0,5 % προμήθεια, ενώ στην σελίδα τους δέν το αναφέρουν. Προφανώς κάποια στιγμή αυτό θα ισχύσει και για κατάθεση σε ΑΤΜ. ΑΠΑΡΆΔΕΚΤΗ ΣΥΜΠΕΡΙΦΟΡΆ
 ... I went to deposit coins and they asked me for a 0.5% commission, while on their page they do not mention it. Obviously at some point this will also apply to ATM deposits. UNACCEPTABLE BEHAVIOR

THE TELEPHONE PHONES TELL ME A REASON THAT YOU DO NOT PICK UP THEM ..... I TRY FROM 8.30 IN THE MORNING TO 2 AT NOON FOR A WEEK WHOLED YOU HAVE BEEN AT ALL ??? ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ποτέ δεν σηκώνουν τηλέφωνα όποτε και αν πάρεις και για να πας εκεί σου βγάζουν την πίστη. Απαράδεκτοι.
They never pick up the phone whenever you pick it up and to get there they take away your faith. Unacceptable.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Κατάστημα της Πειραιώς με το οποίο έχεις την δυνατότητα να κάνεις πληθώρα συναλλαγών αλλά θα πρέπει να ενισχυθεί με έξτρα μηχανήματα easypay καθώς σχηματίζονται ουρές σε ώρες αιχμής.
Piraeus store with which you have the opportunity to make a variety of transactions but should be strengthened with extra easypay machines as queues are formed at peak hours.

Agenis ..the guy in the deep right speaks as if he is in the cafe ... singular, no courtesy, and magic ..you are for a public market not for a bank ..

Με εξυπηρέτησαν άμεσα ενώ για την ίδια διαδικασία(στο κατάστημα της Νεάπολης)μου κλείσαν ραντεβού μετά από 2 1/2 εβδομάδες!
Very kind staff!
They served me immediately while for the same procedure (in the Naples store) they made an appointment for me after 2 1/2 weeks!
