Προθυμία, άμεση εξυπηρέτηση, κατάρτιση του αντικειμένου... και φυσικά τήρηση όλων των μέτρων προστασίας εν μέσω πανδημίας! Άψογα! Στην οθόνη έγραφε ότι εντοπίστηκε πλαστό χαρτονόμισμα και ότι θα έρθει ο διευθυντής του καταστήματος. Τα λεφτά τα είχα μολις πάρει από άλλη τράπεζα, Εθνική. Η κοπέλα που είναι στην υποδοχή μου είπε ότι είναι νεα μηχανήματα και συμβαίνει όταν κάνουμε συναλλαγές χωρίς να έχουμε κάρτα της τράπεζας. Γιατί τότε με άφησε να κανω την συναλλαγή όπως και με τα προηγούμενα μηχανήματα χώρις κάρτα; Ήρθε ο διευθυντής χτύπησε έναν κοδικο άνοιξε η καταπακτή με τα χρήματα αλλά ήταν ληψα. Ειχα βαλει €350 και ήταν μεσα €300. Ενα πενηνταρικο το παρακρατησε. Πηραν το ονομα και το τηλέφωνο μου και όταν ανοίξουν το μηχάνημα θα με πάρουν τηλέφωνο να περάσω να το πάρω. Εγω σήμερα έτυχε να έχω ρεπό, πότε θα μπορέσω να πάω που κλείνουν στις 2 η ώρα. Εγω δουλεύω 20χλμ μακριά και σχολαω στις 3. Πρέπει δηλαδή να χάσω μεροκάματο για το μηχάνημα τούς; Και ηλεκτρονικά να κάνεις μεταφορά από άλλη τράπεζα θελουν €2 και εμφανίζεται η κατάθεση δυο με τρεις μέρες μετά. Εχω πολλά νευρα μαζί τούς, έπρεπε να το κανω θερινό το κατάστημα τούς. I went today to pay the rent inside the ATM, without having a bank card as I always do, and he withheld my money.
