They spoke over me and interrupted me instead of offering apologies for errors and miscommunications on their end they were rude and obnoxious. Takes a month for an item worldfamilytime.com got it to me the next day!!!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY. This is the worst company I have ever encountered in my life. I ordered a bed which was supposed to be delivered 5 weeks ago, they forgot to send one of the pieces with the courier and the bed was never delivered, I am trying to get an answer for 5 weeks. Every time I call they say they will call me back in a few minutes and they never call back, it is as if they are mocking you! We have been sleeping on the couch for 5 weeks because of them.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Stay away from this store. I ordered a bank bed in November 2020. I still haven't received it and every time I communicate with them, they keep telling me that they will be delivering it as soon as possible. I am not sure I will ever get it. They don't give refund of course. Reading reviews from other customers, it feels it is a very common situation. So here is my review to try to warn future customers. Just stay away

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The worst shop on the world!!! I made order on 16.02.2021 after 15 days i took corner sofa and... half it was light grey and second part dark grey. They told me that for a little i will be have good part. Again after 15 days... wrong part was more wrong. Ok it was light grey but with microfibra and it was too high. Again phone, again 15 days and they send the same part with microfibra. They want send me again but... after more than 1 month i dont nothing and i dont want waiting more because im not sure what they'll again. I want just Money back and forget about polihome disaster.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went to pick up an item at polihome place on Petrou Ralli 43 street.... They couldn't find my item at first....then i was told to go upstairs to give my information again to the lady.....when i went upstairs..... the room was full of cigarettes smoke ...i told them i cannot Walk inside because it's too Smoky..... anyway i picked up my item and when i opened it at home the bottom of the hanger was chipped and cracked.......not very happy with the staff lady smoking inside.... that's what triggered me to write the review...the management need to step in and get this matter fixed...
