★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ο Πολιτιστικος Συλλογος Μεσαράς είναι ίσως ο αρχαιότερος Π.Σ. στην Κρήτη. Ιδρλυθηκε το 1973 και ο ίδιος ίδρυσε το Μουσείο Κρητικής Εθνολογίας και αυτό το Κέντρο Έρευνας με εργαστήρια, βιβλιοθήκες και ένα Αμφιθέατρο στο οποίο πραγματοποιούνται ενδιαφέρουσες εκδηλώσεις και Συνεδρια.
