Ideally situated just next to the busy center. The room was very clean with a nice balcony view! The host was very friendly too.

Don’t hesitate to book here for your stay in Chania. The location is great - walking distance to the harbour and all the restaurants. The quaint street of the hotel has some nice shops and restaurants too. Parking - down the road on Talos Square- for free. It’s uphill to the hotel over cobbles so not recommended if you have mobility issues. Also bc all the rooms are up steep, winding stairs in the building. The room we stayed in was lovely, clean, very modern fixtures and fittings, luxurious toiletries, lush shower, AC, windows, everything we could need. Wifi worked perfectly, and great to have a smart TV to screen-mirror from Samsung phone. The curtains were blackout and the room was generally quiet, except for the unexpected construction work early in the morning nearby! The best thing - the customer service. There was an issue with my booking (my own fault) and Giannis really helped me out with a last-minute booking. On arrival - Thanasis was so friendly, and sorted out a mattress for us as my son was too big for the cot. (He was even willing to buy a mattress if necessary!) Nothing was too much trouble for them and I can’t thank them enough.

Amazing boutique hotel. It’s newly renovated, the rooms are really nice, the shower is dreamy, and the bed is very comfy. It’s in the center close to everything you might need. Just note that as most of old buildings it doesn’t have an elevator. We really enjoyed our time at consolato and would love to go back soon!

It's misleading that it belongs to 3-star hotel on google map. It's just like an Airbnb with breakfast. No elevator, so it's not easy to carry luggage by walking many stairs. No receptionist. Petit room is very small and the Wi-Fi is super bad. With this price, people can find a better hotel.

Gorgeous hotel in a beautiful alley of old port! Perfect location to restaurants, shops, and grocery. Modern accommodations, superior cleanliness. If you’re thinking of staying here, just do it!

Very comfortable room on the top floor, with far reaching views over the roof tops of Chania. Nice touches like light dimmers and a good espresso coffee machine with pods, a very nice bathroom and comfortable bed. The only thing that could be a problem if you are not too fit or get out of breath easily, is that there are 58 steps up to the room. But there are other rooms on lower floors, which I am sure are just as good.

Perfect place for visiting Chania. The room is very well equipped with furniture of a good quality. We had everything to make a coffee or tea, it also has a nice balcony with a small table and a beautiful view over an old street. The room also was very light and had many options to tweak the light intensity according to our needs. Thanks for a comfortable stay! P.S.: There are also lots of parking spots down the street, if they are all busy just wait about 10-15 minutes as people are constantly leaving.

A perfect room in a key location in the old town of Chania just a few minutes from the Harbour! The bed was so comfy with 4 different pillows to choose!! The bedroom itself was beyond expectations! Really beautiful decoration with full or partial lighting! The bathroom with the indoor was also superb with great amenity kits included at our disposal! Ironing board and iron also installed in the room and a „Real“ hairdryer! Our balcony also nice with a view in a small stone built street in the old city! Everything was perfect! I can’t thank you enough for our stay! We will definitely come back!
