Prime Suites - Prime Suites

I am an April 30 Booker I arrive here via Beijing, China. China is now a travel ban because of the new virus. For this reason, the hotel requested cancellation from January 2020, but it was never cleared. I will be using this hostel in Santorini, infected with the virus. I hope you guys think well There will be other people staying at this hotel who are infected with the virus because they are not canceled for the same reason as me.

Great room, great hospitality and fantastic location. Will be back!

Very nice and clean place; quite authentic. Some steps to walk, but fantastic view to the caldera. Mario, who is managing it, is very supportive.

Honeymoon suite was great, the receptionist is very helpful and friendly! Beautiful location but to access the suite could be a bit of a challenge for the elderly due to steep steps!

My daughter and partner booked in January 2020 for 5 nights at EOM July 2020. Australian borders were slammed shut in March 2020 and she has been attempting to recoup a refund of E900. Every other business that accepted their bookings for accomodation in the same period have refunded in full, understanding that we are still unable to travel and may not be able to do so for some time This company however is refusing to provide a refund by clinging to it being originally non refundable via booking.com but have offered an accomodation voucher current until 31/12/22 Having been advised that we might not be able to travel within that time have suggested they may extend or she might wish to gift the voucher to a 3rd party. Disgusting behaviour and attitude

Our stay was amazing! Service was great and staff is super friendly and helpful. I'd like to give special thanks to Mario, who made our stay incredible. Thank you! Everything in Oia is in walking distance, shops, restaurants, etc. You can rent a car, quad etc. via the hotel or the nearby shops. Thanks again for a great stay! We'll be back :)

*DIRECTIONS TO PRIME SUITES* Start at the courtyard of the church: Virgin Mary Platsani Holy Orthodox Church.  You can't miss it. If you are looking at the water, take a right. You will be walking along numerous shops and restaurants. You will pass Poniros jewelry on your right and farther down, Mary Kay's Bar. Keep going. You will quickly hit a small square, filled with shops. Bear left so that the Meteor Cafe is on your right. Keep to the left and you will come to some stairs headed down toward a blue dome. At the dome, head to the left (Going to the right will quickly lead you to the old Castle of Oia). You will see a big, white "STOP" written on the pavement but ignore it.  After a few more steps, you will see gray doors ahead of you and a sign that says "Private Property." Go through the doors and you have arrived at Prime Suites.  Reception is to the left. The suite I got was nice. You can tell the owners are trying to improve things: cleanliness and politeness. The front desk clerk came and got me as I was lost as most people on here since Google is wrong about the location. 4 stars since the suite I booked was a bit deceptive about the balcony being private as it was not.

Service was great. They arranged an airport pickup, carried our bags, gave us directions and recommendations, and were extremely helpful. Room was clean and had an amazing view. The TV didn't work, but we didn't really need it anyway. Wifi went out a couple of times but speeds were great when it did work. If you're staying in Santorini, you should expect stairs no matter what, but the stairs down to the room could be rough for some. Great place to stay for the price we paid!
