★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Although the apartments could be considered basic, the pool was good, and on the beach. The hotel was clean.
Being so close to the beach/ sea was excellent.
Also, being further out from the main town is a bonus for me, as it was quiet.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Do not be cheated by this hotel, the rooms look nothing like the photos! If you complain about anything, you are treated with complete disrespect by the owner and the staff. They will try to steal your money and not refund you if you tell the truth about how they treat their customers. NOT RECOMMENDED AT ALL! DO NOT RUIN YOUR HOLIDAY BY STAYING HERE.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The Hotel is very nice, quiet and very clean. It even has an elevator for 2 floors (very useful for your luggage).
The rooms are spacious, all have air conditioning, a balcony, a rain shower and electric blinds. There are also rooms with a jacuzzi on the balcony.
The Hotel staff is very friendly and helpful with tips what to see in the region. The hospitality is incredible, you don't feel like in a hotel but more like you went home for the holidays.
The food is of a good quality, tasty and at a very reasonable price. They even bring you drinks and food to the sun lounger. There is free coffee and tea at the reception.
Parking is plenty available, free and no reservation is needed.
The location is very good, it is not far to walk to the shops, bars and restaurants of Malia. The party street is easily accessible by foot and still far enough so you will not be bothered by the noise.
The beach is quite small and a little rocky directly in front of the hotel and there is also an alternative around 50m to the left and right.
All in all I would recommend it to everyone.
