E	Efi Michalaki on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ανοργάνωτοι και αποσυντονισμένοι. Το τσεκ ιν ήταν στις 2μ.μ. αλλά το δωμάτιο δεν ήταν έτοιμο. Περιμέναμε στη ρεσεψιόν τουλάχιστον 1μιση ώρα, μαζί με άλλα δέκα άτομα που τους είχε συμβεί το ίδιο. Τα δωμάτια καθαρά και άνετα. Ο χώρος του ξενοδοχείο ωραίος, αν και χρειάζεται μια ανανέωση. Το πρωινό ήταν πλούσιο. Disorganized and out of tune. The check in was at 2 p.m. but the room was not ready. We waited at reception for at least an hour and a half, along with ten other people who had had the same thing happen to them. The rooms are clean and comfortable. The hotel space is nice, although it needs a refresh. Breakfast was rich.
P	Patricia Loriot on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nous avons séjourné en mai une semaine en amoureux, le site est vraiment magnifique, une belle surprise. La vue est remarquable et le complexe également. Le personnel de l’hôtel est au petit soin. Concernant la chambre, rien à redire avec le balcon donnant sur la pinède de l’hôtel et la mer. Les excursions effectuées (Athènes, grotte et visite de la fabrique à huile) étaient complètes. Concernant la nourriture, les entrées sont faites à base de produits frais et locaux, les plats en effet peut être répétitifs mais dans l’ensemble très acceptables. Nous avons tenté le massage avec quelques aprioris et je remercie Constantine pour ce moment très agréable et son professionnalisme. Nous avons ressenti de la part de la direction de l’hôtel l’envie de répondre aux demandes de ses clients avec pour objectif de construire positivement. Bref merci Heliades pour ce voyage magnifique, et à bientôt! We stayed in May for a week as a couple, the site is really magnificent, a nice surprise. The view is remarkable and the complex too. The hotel staff is very caring. Regarding the room, nothing to complain about with the balcony overlooking the pine forest of the hotel and the sea. The excursions carried out (Athens, cave and visit to the oil factory) were complete. Regarding the food, the starters are made with fresh and local products, the dishes indeed can be repetitive but overall very acceptable. We tried the massage with a few preconceptions and I thank Constantine for this very pleasant moment and his professionalism. We felt on the part of the management of the hotel the desire to respond to the requests of its customers with the objective of building positively. In short, thank you Heliades for this wonderful trip, and see you soon!
l	lydia tsekoura on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Δυστυχώς δεν μπορώ να βάλω -1 αστεράκι... Το προσωπικό με 2-3 εξαιρέσεις, φαινόταν λες και δούλευε με το ζόρι. Στην ρεσεψιόν κάναμε 1 ώρα για να κάνουμε τσεκ ιν γιατί δεν έβρισκαν ότι είχα κάνει αίτηση για δωμάτια με διπλό κρεβάτι οπότε περιμέναμε(παρόλο που είχα πάρει τηλ 2.5 εβδομάδες πριν). Το δωμάτιο απαράδεκτο γιατί χάλασε το αιρκοντίσιον στις 3 το βράδυ και με τα χίλια ζόρια μας άλλαξαν αλλά ούτε εκεί δούλευε. Πληρώσαμε για ένα δωμάτιο μπροστά στην θάλασσα και μας πήγαν στο βουνό. Μόνο οι μπουφέδες άξιζαν αλλά μακριά από τα μακαρόνια..... Unfortunately I can not put -1 asterisk ... The staff with 2-3 exceptions, it seemed as if they were working by force. At the reception we did 1 hour to check in because they did not find that I had applied for a double room so we waited (although I had called 2.5 weeks ago). The room is unacceptable because the air conditioning broke down at 3 in the evening and with a thousand efforts they changed us but it did not work there either. We paid for a room in front of the sea and they took us to the mountain. Only the buffets were worth it but away from the spaghetti .....

M	Marco W on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It was good, but not really great. The whole place looks and feels tired and dated. Breakfast was excellent however and so is the setting of this hotel. We gave the restaurant a miss, mainly because of the ridiculously old fashioned dress code. So we went elsewhere, as we had a car. We will not return here.
