Razis Apartements - Planos 139

Well what can I say about the razis apartments apart from fantastic! We stayed with them this year for two weeks and put up our wedding party of 18. Melina, Andreas, anthe, and Terry were so accommodating. They were more like friends to everyone our whole stay. We cannot thank them enough for everything they did for us. Food was excellent although the menu limited. Rooms were always clean. Basic yes, but having stayed and the azure and karras grande before we were not found wanting. We will definitely be back! And no more all inclusive for us!! The location is perfect as well. In the heart of old tsilvi and very quiet. A slight hill to walk up but it didn't bother us any.

Traditional Greek self catering apartments. Poor and overpriced air con. Badly maintained rooms. Loose paving stones in gardens. Trip hazard. Overpriced food and drink. Bar staff made the prices up as they went along. Maids were the best staff there. They worked tirelessly to keep the rooms clean. Most of reception staff were pleasant. Just the bitter old girl that had no customer service experience. Treated us like something on the bottom of her shoe. Tsilivi is a great place for families. Razis isn’t.

Came here for a long weekend and it was great. Rooms were basic but very clean and were cleaned everyday, good wifi and goid socket locations. We had a room in the main building on the second floor. The views were great and was nice to have a glass of wine on the balcony of sm evening. Staff were friendly and they took our bags to our room when we arrived, for 3* self catering you don't expect that so was a nice touch. Pool and all public areas were immaculate and there were plenty of sunbeds we never had a problem the pool is like a sun trap. Breskfast was good, we paid extra in our package price, it was quite basic eggs on toast but in the heat thats all is needed. Prices during the day at the pool bar were ok, not outrageous. Was a good location about 4-5 minutes walk to the centre of Tisilivi and not too far to the beach. If you are in a wheelchair or find it difficult to walk it is set on a steep hill so may not find it suitable. I would absolutely stay there again ams recommend to anyone wanting decent self catering accommodation in a good location.

Had a great time staying here for two weeks. A friendly helpful welcome on my arrival, and quickly settled in. My accommodation had everything I needed. The pool area was big enough with a bar serving drinks and food. I ate here on my last day and occasional breakfast. Air con could be added as an extra if needed. I booked it for the second week and it was quiet enough to sleep with. Television had English speaking channels which a friend staying in another location didn't have. The lady cleaners were very friendly and I enjoyed sitting on the spacious balcony listening and watching the birds. I fed them bread on the roof top each day. If visiting and want a fun night, I'd recommend popping across the road to the paradise cocktail bar. But be prepared to have a late night if you get sucked into the depths. If your late back to the apartment there are lots of cute little lizards about. There were many great places to eat and drink, too many to choose from but better to have too much than too little!

We stayed here in a studio for 10 days from the 12 August 2020 till the 22 August 2020. Overall the apartment was nice and was well furnished however being a studio their was not a very big balcony so we sat outside in the nearby garden area instead. One of the plugs in our room was faulty and caused the electric to trip however this was only a minor problem as we only noticed this near the end of our holiday. The pool bar was very handy and was nice to just have a drink or grab a quick bite for lunch. The pool was also nice and was well maintained. The staff were also friendly and helpful. Despite covid 19 the cleaning staff worked very hard and did an excellent job. We were very impressed by their commitment. Overall it is nice here and we would probably stay here again if we visited Tsilivi. ?

The rooms might be basic, but they are perfectly clean and have everything needed for a pleasant stay- including a comfortable mattress and a safe box. The staff is absolutely wonderful- and was there to help us with absolutely anything we needed- including our special diet needs, and care for our motorcycle (bike riders- you will feel right at home here!)?. We had the most delicious home-made breakfast every morning and the warms smiles of Andreas and his wife just made everything even nicer! The location is perfect- in a lively little town, that is yet not crazy with the parties and teenagers, like some of the other places on the island. I fully recommend for a peaceful and relaxed stay on Zakynthos!

Fantastic service, lovely clean rooms and pool. Bed a bit hard for me but didn't spoil a wonderful holiday. Staff very friendly and helpful.

Gorgeous little place. Loved our rooms, owners and staff go above and beyond to do things for you. Cleaners were brilliant as well! Large rooms, really clean. Does an awesome breakfast and the pool is the best in the area in fairness! Stayed twice this year! 100% recommend!
