Rimida Villas - Epar.Od. Firon-Ias

My mother and I had the most terrible experience at this hotel. Dimitri (the main staff member) and the owner were both incredibly rude, aggressive, loud and unhelpful. The views were the only thing good about this stay but if you stay in Oia, I don't think there is a bad view. The "hot tub" is either freezing or way too cold- no temperature control on it at all. There were ants in the room upon check in. Room service tampered with our things, un-organizing and moving things around for no necessary reason- maybe they were looking for something good to take? The breakfast that's included was nothing special, stale bread, hard boiled egg, cheese and nutella. Their airport transport service is a rip off and is unorganized making it very difficult when you first arrive. If you have a question about restaurants or are in need of suggestions around Santorini, the staff won't help you.. they prefer you don't bother them. Dimitri also barged into our room after we spoke through the door that we were getting changed, to give us the final receipt when we were about to check out. When he opened the door, there I was standing with no clothes on AFTER we had already said "we'll be out soon, we're getting changed" then within less than two minutes, he let himself back in again, still while we were changing, and demanded we hurry up to sign the bill! I don't know if that's a common thing in Greece but here in the USA it would be considered sexual harassment. Never in my life have I ever felt so uncomfortable being somewhere. I couldn't relax, always felt on edge, from their odd behavior. I would have been more comfortable sleeping on the dirt road.

We had a wonderful time here. Great location, awesome views. Breakfast brought to us every morning on our balcony. We stayed in the Traditional cave home. Great, spacious.

Incredible views, room, and service. The breakfast on the patio was superb and we were even treated to figs from the garden in the evening. The perfect location for a quiet Oia getaway without the hustle and bustle. The views don't disappoint and neither does the pool!

Incredible location, gorgeous views, and a well planned layout. The private hot tub was a huge plus. It's also the perfect place to watch the sunset AND a 10 minute walk to Oia's center.

The view in this suites is beautyful, but from the first time we arrive , the receptionist not friendly at all, because we come with 3 person , we book for 2 person but we was gonna ask if they have room to rent or can add another person and pay extra money but they keep shouting you book only 2 person without hear what we gonna ask , super super rude ! So we decide to left even we already pay €400 and book another hotel at diamond luxury suites, were all the stuff is amazingly friendly.

Perfect place to stay when in Santorini. The accomodation is only two minutes away from the busy promenade. Peaceful and relaxing place with an unforgettable sunset and caldera view. Dimitri and Gioula are both very friendly and helpful persons. Breakfast every day at your private terrace. Room and private jucuzzi very clean. Car rental just 1 minute away. We definitely would come back to this location every second. Thank you for amazing holidays.

Incredible hotel situated in the best part of Santorini. Rooms, views, breakfast and the entire service were perfect. Me and my wife spent 2 days for our hotel moon, and we recommend you 100%. Best quality-cost in the island. Than you for everything

Don’t even think twice about booking at this place. We were hesitant when we booked it but it was breathtakingly beautiful… The staff is absolutely wonderful and very accommodating. Location was perfect as it was close to road which was helpful since we had a car. The villa we booked was very spacious, clean and had everything we needed. We loved our stay there.
