Η δημιουργία του συγκεκριμένου μέρους, μπορεί να εκληφθεί μόνο ως προβολή του αναξιοποίητου ράντζου, γνωστού λαρισαίου ολιγάρχη... Όσο για το επίθετο "αρχοντικό", ε! Αυτό με ξεπερνά... Historical attraction of course is NOT because the entrance is not even allowed. Severe iron-clad inlet (tropical jungle), hermetically closed. The creation of this part can only be seen as a projection of the unused ranch, a well-known Larissa oligarch ... As for the adjective "mansion", huh! That surpasses me ...

V	Vasvatekis Ioannis on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Πρόκειται για μια πανέμορφη οικία σε Μακεδονίτικο ρυθμό σχεδιασμένη από τον σπουδαίο αρχιτέκτονα Δημήτρη Πικιώνη (1887-1968). Το αρχοντικό κατασκευάστηκε το 1965 αποκλειστικά με πόρους της συζύγου του τ. Προέδρου της Βουλής Κων/νου Ροδόπουλου κας Δέσποινας Ροδοπούλου - Σκούταρη. Στη βίλα φιλοξενήθηκαν πολλοί πολιτικοί πράγμα που ανέδειξε την περιοχή κατά τη δεκαετία του 60-70. Δυστυχώς μετά το θάνατο της κας Ροδοπούλου οι διαφορές των κληρονόμων έχουν αφήσει τη βίλα να μαραζώσει ενώ οι κάτοικοι της περιοχής θυμούνται τις εποχές της παλιάς αίγλης με τα πάρτι και τις δεξιώσεις. Το κακεντρεχές σχόλιο κάποιας "κυρίας" περι δήθεν λαρισαίου ολιγάρχη το οποίο έκανε παραπάνω είναι παντελώς άκυρο και φανερώνει ασχετοσύνη και συμπλεγματισμό προφανώς λόγω πολιτικών πεποιθήσεων. Προς ενημέρωση όλων ο Κων/νος Ροδόπουλος άφησε όλη του την περιουσία στο Ελληνικό Δημόσιο (στη Λάρισα υπάρχει το Ροδοπούλειο Ίδρυμα που στεγάζει σήμερα υπηρεσίες του Δήμου Λαρισαίων, Νηπιαγωγείο, ΚΑΠΗ, Συμβουλευτικό Σταθμό για την οικογένεια κ.λπ.). Ο ο Κων/νος Ροδόπουλος ήταν αδελφός του σπουδαίου πεζογράφου Μ. Καραγάτση (πραγματικό όνομα Δημήτριος Ροδόπουλος) και αγαπούσαν και οι δύο ιδιαίτερα την περιοχή του κάτω Ολύμπου. Ίσως και γι' αυτό να επιλέχθηκε να γίνει η οικία στην περιοχή αυτή. This is a beautiful house in Macedonian style designed by the great architect Dimitris Pikionis (1887-1968). The mansion was built in 1965 exclusively with the resources of the wife of the former Speaker of Parliament Konstantinos Rodopoulos Mrs. Despina Rodopoulou - Skoutari. The villa hosted many politicians, which made the area stand out in the 60s and 70s. Unfortunately after the death of Mrs. Rodopoulou the differences of the heirs have left the villa to wither while the residents of the area remember the times of the old glamor with the parties and receptions. The vicious comment of a "lady" about a supposed Larissa oligarch who did the above is completely invalid and shows irrelevance and complexity, obviously due to political beliefs. For the information of all, Konstantinos Rodopoulos left all his property in the Greek State (in Larissa there is the Rodopouleio Foundation that currently houses services of the Municipality of Larissa, Kindergarten, KAPI, Family Counseling Center, etc.). Konstantinos Rodopoulos was the brother of the great novelist M. Karagatsis (real name Dimitrios Rodopoulos) and they both loved the area of lower Olympus. Maybe that's why it was chosen to become the home in this area.
