Holy Temple dedicated to Agios Kosmas the Etolos which celebrates on the 24th of August. In the Temple is kept a fragment of a Holy Relic and the shirt of the Saint.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ιερός Ναός στην περιοχή των Τρικάλων κοντά στη ΣΜΥ. Όμορφος ο ναός, ιδιαίτερα μεγάλος και προσεγμένος. Ο περίβολος είναι πολύ ευχάριστος για να παραμείνει κάποιος. Ο ιερέας και οι ψάλτες ήταν πολύ καλοί και η λειτουργία ήταν πραγματικά πολύ κατανυκτική.
Το μόνο πρόβλημα ήταν δυστυχώς με κάποια από τις 'κυριες' που συχνάζουν εκεί και νομίζουν ότι είμαστε ακόμα στον μεσαίωνα. Ήθελαν να με χωρίσουν από την σύζυγό μου με την δικαιολογία ότι άλλη είναι η πλευρά για τους άντρες και άλλη για τις γυναίκες. Ενώ ήδη εκεί που είμασταν ήταν ήδη το πλήθος μεικτό. Και από ότι έχω καταλάβει, δεν νομίζω ο θεός να διακρίνει άντρες από γυναίκες. Κρίμα για την υπόλοιπη εμπειρία που ήταν πολύ καλή.
Holy Temple in the area of Trikala near SMY. The temple is beautiful, very large and well-kept. The yard is very pleasant to stay in. The priest and the chanters were very good and the service was really very all night.
The only problem was unfortunately with some of the 'ladies' who frequent there and think we are still in the Middle Ages. They wanted to separate me from my wife with the excuse that the side is different for men and different for women. While already where we were the crowd was already mixed. And from what I understand, I do not think God can distinguish men from women. Too bad for the rest of the experience which was very good.
