★ ★ ★ ★ ★ During our visit to Santorini and as we couldn't get enough of the island, we decided to stay a few days longer. After our stay at the Santorini Princess Spa Hotel, we were almost certain that there was no way to find accommodation of such high standards. We were wrong! The staff at Santorini Princess Spa Hotel suggested we visit the Presidential Suites as a last-minute cancellation made it possible for us to stay at the suites. We couldn't believe our luck from the moment we were taken there! Luxury, cleanliness, kindness and outstanding services all combined in one place! We couldn't decide where the sunset looked more beautiful from!! The peace and quiet in conjunction with the stunning view from our swimming pool made us not want to go out for a walk!! After all, this was unnecessary as the chef and his team catered to our dietary needs outstandingly. Pity we didn't have more time to indulge in an experience like this and be pampered by the accommodating staff. We will definitely visit the place again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We loved it! The view was stunning. This part of the island is quiet so it was very relaxing. Lots of privacy. You get a private and jacuzzi in the backyard of your little villa.
There is a spa and a public pool in the common area. We hung out by the public pool before our room was ready.
Forgot to take pictures of the inside but it was nicely decorated and renovated.
The service was top notch!! We stayed in three different places in Santorini and this was absolutely the best.
Breakfast was very delicious!! The omelette was yummmm.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We stayed in Villa 1 for 3 nights thanks to an upgrade from our original 8 night booking in the sister hotel Princess Spa. So we experienced both resorts. It was only my wife and I, in the three double bedded villa, so we had plenty of space.
Positives, great view, but I believe the hotel has better views. Largish private pool for each property and jacuzzi. Great outdoor dining space. Great staff. Quiet and remote location. Transport from airport for a €25 charge
Negatives, Quiet and remote location, you will need a vehicle to get to the nearest village as the walk is around 25 minutes along a busy road with little in the way of footpaths, so a bit dangerous especially at night. The shower cubicles are tiny! Outdoor dining is the only proper table for eating, so if the weather is not so great and believe me we could not eat outside most of the time in August as it was so windy. Finally as a fully fitted Villa, there is zero stuff in the way of kitchen stuff, except a fridge, so really just like a hotel room.
The review sounds negative, it’s a beautiful place and offers good space for six people, with great views, great staff and facilities including a small gym.
Personally we were happier at the hotel, but that said enjoyed the two resort experience, we hired a vehicle from just a few minutes walk down the road.
Yes I would return, BUT the hotel wins every time for me as a couple.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My girlfriend and I were upgraded to the private villas in Akrotiri for the final two nights of our holiday, which made a wonderful holiday even more special.
The villa is impeccably furnished, with 3 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, a private pool, hot tub and a private gym. All meals could be served within the villa or in the shared area, with a wide variety of food options at breakfast and a la carte for both vegetarians and non-vegetarians, with an incredible chef.
The views from the villa overlooked the caldera - providing a stunning backdrop to our stay.
What made the experience unforgettable was how incredibly helpful the hotel staff were in organising my proposal to my girlfriend, providing suggestions and recommendations and going above and beyond in their help - thank you to the team for everything. It felt as though they genuinely shared in our happiness.
A special thank you from us to Rania, Evangelina, Konstantina, Giwta and Paul. Would definitely recommend and will be visiting again.
Sachin & Shivani.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We recently had the pleasure of spending 3 beautiful nights at this fantastic property. The views were spectacular, the accommodation unsurpassed and the meals were Awesome.
The best feature of this enjoyable vacation in Santorini was the staff.Giota, Paul, Evangelina, Konstantina are all warm, friendly, knowledgeable and did everything humanly possible to make sure that our every need was looked after.
The manager, Rania , is simply the Best. We started our vacation as guests and left as friends. We will definitely come back to Greece and the superb hospitality by Rania is a big reason for returning. Thank you Rania.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This place is a gem! From the breathtaking views, the amenities in the villa and the staff; everything was perfect.
This villa had the best views of any location in our entire tour of Greece and the sunset was beautiful from the back. Each villa has its own pool and jacuzzi and every morning there’s an amazing breakfast served in the back.
Also want to highlight how absolutely wonderful the staff was. Everyone was so helpful and friendly, especially Rania and Mohammed and Alamin. They went above and beyond anything that we could have imagined. We felt like we were leaving family by the end of our stay.
We can’t wait to come back and stay here again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We cannot say enough good things about this fantastic resort! The staff was incredible, all the way to the owner and general manager - it was hard to leave as they had become friends. They really went out of their way to provide us an amazing 30th anniversary! We spent 4 days here - enjoying incredible views of the sunset and caldera, totally pampered by the staff and delicious meals by the chef...who was a genius! The villa was perfect and had all the amenities but we spent most of our time poolside, eating, drinking, reading and completely mesmerized by the view. Why go indoors?! While set apart from the busy touristy areas, this resort is located on one of the 3 main roads in Santorini and is still easy to access from anywhere. Rent an ATV and explore and come back to the serenity of your villa. We highly recommend staying here!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We absolutely loved our villa stay at Santorini Princess Presidential Suites. Santorini can be hectic with tons of tourists, but this place is like your own private oasis away from it all. And don’t worry about being separated from the busy attractions, because Rania and her team will set up private transport anywhere on the island. In fact, the service at this property is second to none. The staff will literally do anything to make sure you have a perfect stay. From restaurant reservations, to setting up a COVID test, to planning a private meal in the comfort of your villa.
Three other prime perks: the panoramic view of the island (including an amazing sunset), a full heated pool/spa, and a fantastic free breakfast. Overall, this was one of the best hotel experiences we’ve had anywhere in the world. You’d be hard pressed to find a better stay in Santorini.
