β β β β β My girlfriend and I had an incredible experience at the Santorini Princess Luxury Spa Hotel - warm welcome from the driver at the airport, and we were greeted wonderfully by Naya, Vaso and the reception team on arrival.
The views from the hotel were amazing - directly facing the caldera and sunset, and the room itself was spacious and comfortable. We had a lovely sunset dinner on our first night at the hotel restaurant - the staff were friendly and the food was amazing. The hotel is in the perfect location, walking distance to Imerovigli (15 mins), Fira (30 mins) and Oia (1 hour 30 mins) - and the staff are very helpful in organising transfers and recommending restaurants.
All members of staff were accommodating and warm, providing an excellent service and giving an excellent experience to their guests. We would like to say thank you to Naya, Vaso, Alex, Paraskevi and Evangelia as well as all the others who made our stay even more special.
Would definitely recommend the hotel and will be visiting again.

β β β β β My experience at the Princess Luxury Spa Hotel was amazing. To start they have one of the most stunning views, to which you wake up every morning and the sunsets are priceless. The rooms were very clean and were cleaned every day of our 3 day stay. Every one in there staff was very cheery and very welcoming. The receptionist will take care of you like no other, they make you feel like everything is exclusive to your needs. Their restaurant menu is excellent, everything was delicious. The massage therapist was also just amazing. Truly a wonderful experience, everyone was very kind and attentive. We felt like royalty here at this hotel, highly recommend it. We will be staying here again when we return to Santorini.

β β β β β Our recent stay was simply Awesome.The accommodation was first class and the views were spectacular and the food was incredible but the best part of the vacation was the people.
It starts with all the great support staff including Giota, Evangelina, Konstantina, and led by a fabulous manager named Rania. I have to say that the staff turned our vacation into an incredible experience. I would highly recommend visiting Greece and to enjoy being attended to by elite staff.

β β β β β Service is great, not only for foods services also for best sunset view photos! We had a such wonderful night . Stunning sunset views while relaxing in restaurant, best team working in this hotel, from shuttle drivers, receptionist to manager.
Breakfast is serviced at 0800, you can hike to Oie in 1.5 hours, walk to Fira for 1 hour, otherwise pay hotel shuttle to go around, bus is a problem.
Our biggest problem is unable to open curtains to see outside because the bed toward the front door and window, outside is the front street, no privacy, can not see outside from the room if close curtains.
Quiet area, beautiful view! Best breakfast with service!

β β β β β These are my people. They have become like my family here. I was overwhelmed with hospitality and service. They took care of me and made sure I knew how to get around. They do need more choices when it comes to food. However the choices they do have are delicious. I will definitely be going back. The view is great. The trails are great, everything about this place is great

β β β β β The Princess Spa and sister hotel the Presidential were top notch. One of the greatest experiences we have had. The staff were great and wanted to eagerly serve you.
We visited with close family friends and both rooms were nice, you can't beat the views from either balcony.

We stayed as a family of 4 adults for 7 nights, and all aspects exceeded our expectations. Every single member of the team went out of their way to enhance our stay and we have never felt so genuinely welcome anywhere.
The restaurant, pool and our room patio had stunning views over the caldera.
Breakfast was a superb selection of local food and the evening dining experience was second to none ( and we ate at similar standard restaurants elsewhere in the area several times)
We used the hotel for all transfers ( airport and to get around the island) which were excellent and very competitively priced compared to local taxis.
It felt like a holiday in heaven!

β β β β β AMAZING HOTEL!!! The moment you arrive to the moment you leave the princess Spa hotel, you feel that you are home. It was a very nice, clean and cozy hotel. The staff and the managment are really trying very hard to keep the 5star service. We highly recommend this hotel to whomever is looking for a nice, peaceful and romantic place to stay. I felt like I stayed in Beverly Hills hotel since the service was very similar. They all came to say good bye which felt like family. I love this place and for sure I will recommend to all my family and friends to stay here. THANK YOU ?
