My husband and I had the most amazing time at Rocabella during our stay in Santorini. We travel a lot and we've been fortunate enough to never really have a bad experience at a hotel, but this resort was definitely the best we've ever stayed at. The front desk was so helpful and kind; they helped us print some documents for the airport and ordered us a taxi back to the airport in advance, and they let us lounge by the pool while we waited for our room to become available. We had a bottle of wine and some greek apricots waiting for us in the room. The robes and slippers in the room added a nice extra touch of luxury. Our room had a spectacular balcony view over the caldera. The pools were stunning and very clean, I liked that there were 4 to choose from, and they all have stunning caldera views. Having visited the more popular (and more expensive!) town of Oia in Santorini during our stay, I actually found our location to be much more luxurious in my opinion; it was much less crowded and I felt the caldera view was much better from Imerovigli than Oia (possibly because the elevation is significantly higher and you can see the whole island below you. Imerovigli was such a charming town, just a short walk away up the hill from the resort, and the trail to get there along the cliffside will take your breath away. The restaurant at the hotel had a great menu, we ate there for lunch and loved it! We also ate breakfast at the resort every morning, as it was included. I see a lot of reviews about the portions at breakfast being small, and I wouldn't disagree, but I thoroughly enjoyed it...there was a small "buffet" style section with pastries and fruit and then the waiters came around and you also ordered something made-to-order from the menu, all included in your stay. The lattes were delicious, my husband raved about the savory pancakes, and I had the greek yogurt every morning as it was absolutely divine. I can't say enough good things about Rocabella. The view from the hotel was the most incredible thing I've ever seen (don't miss the sunsets!), and the service was unmatched. Thanks so much for having us!

Came here for a wedding and had a great time! We had our stay around October and the weather was windy with highs around 72Β°f 22Β°c pools were not heated and the plunge pool attached to our room was very cold. We’re talking feet aching after 2 minutes in the water. Was kinda a bummer because we really wanted to enjoy the plunge pool. Service was great from everyone at the hotel, never had an issue with service. Best of all the views of the caldera make the whole stay very enjoyable!

Most Hotels are very flexible except for this one in their booking re-arrangements. During the Covid flight cancellations and rescheduling during during Dec 2021, I had requested several times to connect with me before my scheduled trip and as my flights got rescheduled or cancelled the airlines and other hotels I had booked in Athens and Lisbon on the same trip all allowed me either rescheduling or rebooking including the airlines. I tried reaching them several times but were not responding. I would rank them sub-par in terms of customer service. They never called back or responded to any of my emails. I had to forego the reservation worth $600+ for 3 days.

I have always wanted to go to Rocabella Santorini, and it didn't disappoint! I visited this venue for a wedding and it was the most incredible experience. Every thing about the wedding was EXTRA! The views, the service, the pool, the ceremony, the atmosphere, and finally the breathtaking sunsets! It really was something special. I hope we can visit again some day for another wedding! The staff were very friendly and helpful and the food was the best! We really couldn't fault it!

Wonderful stay. Stunning hotel and friendly staff. The location was perfect - not too crowded but just in the right location to visit all the hot spots. Highly recommend! Pros: - Most beautiful sunsets we saw were from this hotel, second pool. - friendly helpful staff that helps you make reservations and tackle your daily sightseeing plans - excellent breakfast for non vegetarians - clean and well maintained - convenient free parking lot for your ATV or car rental! Cons: - wish there were more options for vegan/veg cuisines - check out is early at 11 am even if your booking states 12 pm and they are not flexible about extending this. So book your travel plans accordingly. - extremely high price for taxi pick up via their private service (however this seems to be the norm) - we got a room with a plunge pool and it was pretty small. I.e. No room for bedside tables I would go back in a heartbeat. One of my fave hotels during my entire visit in Greece!
