Nice Hotel, good breakfast, good service. Too expensive for what they offer though. Not enough privacy in the outdoor hot tub pool as there is a pathway with tourists looking into the room.

This is an excellent hotel! I would highly recommend it! The hotel is very minimalistic with the perfect touches. For example, there is a SONY bluetooth speaker in each room, which was an awesome touch. The staff here is amazing. They are very attentive to you, very responsive, and literally do anything you ask of them, including making reservations, print documents for you, answer any questions, etc. There are only 9 rooms here, so they get to know you and are very personal. The breakfast is AMAZING and HUGE. We loved it. The views from this room is spectacular. It's a view of the Caldera and you can see everything from here, it's practically right in the middle of the island. Watching sunset from the pool is awesome. I will agree with some of the reviews and share that the pool is at ground level, which means those walking on the Fira to Oia walking trail are not too far from you. You can see them very well, they can see you very well. This was not an issue for us. It was actually entertaining to see people hiking, people watching, etc. They are literally walking past you for max 10 seconds. Obviously, if you want to get intimate in this outdoor area during the day time, maybe don't book here. At night time, the trail is very quiet. The proximity to the trail at first was interesting to us, but we quickly got used to it and were totally fine with it, especially given the other amazing amenities of the hotel! The walking trail, as mentioned, is one of the best things to do in Santorini for those that want to be a little active, see the awesome Santorini views, and take some nice pictures. It's awesome how this hotel is right on the trail, so easy to just jump on to it! Overall, I would highly recommend this hotel!

The place did not dissapoint. They upgraded our room complimentary and gave us an hour in their spa room on the house. They also had a cake and ballons in our room for us newly weds. The room was very cool looking and so was our patio with private spa. The view was not bad either. The personal rooftop deck you get has some pretty awesome views as well - one of the better areas on the island. They don't allow kids so this can be good or bad depending where you stand. There aren't a lot of rooms so that's a plus for not having areas too busy. It was an amazing experience and you should definitely not hesitate to try it. Wait until you order the breakfast! The salmon bagel and smoothies- WOOOOOW! But you have to do the spa as well as it was just amazing and sooo relaxing.

We had an amazing stay for our honeymoon!! Staff were beyond to accommodate us with restaurant reservations, boat tours and transfers! I recommend this hotel for romantic getaways with amazing views to the sunset!!! The location was TOP of the TOP despite the fact that it is on the caldera cliff, it is accessible from the street as the hotel has its own parking!!

Luxurius and beautiful cave hotel! The staff was really helpful and their hospitality was off the charts. The breakfast was beyond 5 stars. We had the astral cave suite with private jacuzzi which we used all day. The views of the sunset from our suite were stunning. The private spa in the indoor pool was the cherry on top. I can't say enough about this unique and magical place.

the hotel is very pretty, of course, but I agree with the last comment. THERE IS NO PRIVACY. the rooms that you see with private swimming pool give a very nice view on the sea but he forgets to specify that it also gives on a pedestrian street. Which means that every tourist sees you in a swimsuit and films the scenery. The staff seem to be overwhelmed and their behavior does not reflect the "standing" of a hotel which charges a night in the range of around 600 €. Room service is very long. whether for room service or for a simple drink. For a hotel which only contains 9 rooms, this is quite a long time. Small advice go elsewhere in Santorini. There are hotels with better staff trained to work in luxury hotels. A more professional service as well. I strongly advise against this hotel to stay there. But I only recommend for a few hours in their spa.

I came here in May which is the start of season. The hotel looks exactly like in the photo. Also the staff are really friendly and helpful although I agree the service is a bit slow. For example we ordered the breakfast on Cabana area at 8:15am and there was 15-20 mins delay. The hotel room is very spacious and luxurious. The most talked about cave pool is absolutely amazing and it wasn’t too many people walking pass during my stay so privacy was okay. For the same price in Oía, you can only afford a hot tub and small room so I think it’s definitely worth it.
