Η επικοινωνία ήταν πολύ καλή, τα προϊόντα παραδόθηκαν όπως έπρεπε και στον χρόνο που είχαμε συμφωνήσει. Τους συστήνω. Helpful with great variety. I soon found what I was looking for. The communication was very good, the products were delivered properly and at the time we had agreed. I recommend them.

Το στρώμα πραγματικά σε ξεκουράζει έχοντας την ιδιότητα οποιος κ αν κοιμάται πάνω να έχει αυτόνομη κίνηση χωρίς να επηρεάζεται ο ΑΛΛΟΣ. Πραγματικά ό,τι καλύτερο. Μου το έφεραν την ίδια μέρα και πήραν το παλιό. I recently got a double bed with a mattress. The quality is amazing. The mattress really relaxes you having the property that whoever sleeps on it has autonomous movement without affecting the OTHER. Really the best. They brought it to me the same day and took the old one.

Η κοπέλα πολύ εξυπηρετική καθώς όχι μόνο με βοήθησε στη καλύτερη επιλογή καναπέ για το σαλόνι μου αλλά έδωσε και χρήσιμες συμβουλές για τη σωστή διακόσμηση του χώρου. Ο χρόνος παράδοσης ήταν αυτός ακριβώς που είχαμε συμφωνήσει. Very good quality at reasonable prices. I got a corner sofa and I am completely satisfied in every way. Quality, prices, service. The girl was very helpful as she not only helped me choose the best sofa for my living room but also gave useful tips for the proper decoration of the space. Delivery time was exactly what we had agreed.
G	George Georgiadis on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Αγόρασα έναν καναπέ πριν λίγες ημέρες ο οποίος ήταν ελαττωματικός. Συγκεκριμένα είχε τρύπα στο ύφασμα σαν να ήταν φαγωμένος από ζώο (ποντίκι, αρουραίο). Η δε απαίσια οσμή του μου έδινε ακόμη περισσότερο την εντύπωση ότι κάτι δεν πάει καλά. Όταν επικοινώνησα με τον έμπορο και ζήτησα αντικατάσταση ή επιδιόρθωση μου φέρθηκε με το χειρότερο τρόπο. Προσπάθησε να ρίξει το φταίξιμο σε μένα, ιδιαίτερα όταν ανάφερα για τη μυρωδιά ζώου και την τρύπα που είχε ο καναπές. Συγκεκριμένα μία κοπέλα που ήταν στο τηλέφωνο άρχισε να μου μιλάει με αγένεια και στο τέλος για να μην σας τα πολυλογώ άρχισε να με βρίζει. Έκπληκτος πήγα στην αστυνομία να καταγγείλω το γεγονός. Μου είπαν να καταγγείλω το γεγονός στο συνήγορο καταναλωτή ή στη γενική γραμματεία καταναλωτή όπως και έκανα. Περιττό να σας πω ότι το σπίτι μου μυρίζει αυτή τη στιγμή απαίσια λόγω του καναπέ ενώ μάλλον θα κινηθώ και δικαστικά καθότι ο καναπές κόστιζε €7000. Με μια μικρή έρευνα που έκανα διαπίστωσα ότι δεν άξιζε ούτε €500 ! Θα σας συνιστούσα να ΜΕΙΝΕΤΕ ΜΑΚΡΙΑ !! από το συγκεκριμένο κατάστημα και να αναζητήσετε αλλού τις αγορές σας. Είναι η πρώτη φορά που αφήνω κριτική για κάποιο εμπορικό κατάστημα, αλλά στην κυριολεξία με έσκασαν οι τύποι. Θα φροντίσω να ενημερώσω όπου βρω στο διαδίκτυο για τη συμπεριφορά και τους ποντικοφαγωμένους καναπέδες προκειμένου να προφυλάξω το κοινωνικό σύνολο από απατεώνες και αντιεπαγγελματίες !!! I bought a sofa a few days ago which was defective. Specifically, it had a hole in the fabric as if it had been eaten by an animal (mouse, rat). And its awful smell gave me even more the impression that something was wrong. When I contacted the dealer and asked for a replacement or repair I was treated in the worst way. He tried to put the blame on me, especially when I mentioned the smell of animals and the hole in the couch. Specifically, a girl who was on the phone started talking to me rudely and in the end, in order not to talk too much about you, she started cursing me. Surprised, I went to the police to report the incident. I was told to report the matter to the Consumer Advocate or to the Consumer General Secretariat, as I did. Needless to say, my house smells awful right now because of the sofa and I will probably go to court as the sofa cost € 7000. With a little research I did I found that it was not worth even € 500! I would recommend you STAY AWAY !! from that store and look elsewhere for your purchases. This is the first time I've left a comment about a store, but I'm literally blown away by the guys. I will make sure to inform wherever I find on the internet about the behavior and the rat-eaten sofas in order to protect the whole society from swindlers and unprofessional !!!
